We have only been using this software for about a week, but so far we are all impressed with how user friendly it is.

We found this company one day while google searching a problem with our previous software and Quickbooks.

They have taken small suggestions and implemented small changes where it would make life easier, but still hold true to their software and it's consistency, not making unnecessary changes constantly.

Great product just like anything you will have to learn how to use it but it's worth the time invested.

We can see right away the profit in a job and adjust with ease if necessary. The inventory system is very useful and easy to use.

One of the best things so far has been the technical support. We have called with many questions and all have been answered very quickly and effectively.

The software is incredible but there is one thing that is better. The customer service is incredible.

The best parts are the amount of things this software can do. I am able to track my profits and hours down to the penny.

Because of the method of reconciling that I use, it is hard to reconcile a vendor account for a period of time.

Like many Shop owners I  went through the agonizing Process of looking at the some 60 or so different Shop Software programs out there.

They always have a suggestion for fixing issues and are always incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this program.

Easy to use system, integrates with parts catalogs very well, works well with QuickBooks. Very stable and the support is outstanding.

I have never felt as if I was a bother to them or if they would rather be anywhere else in the world.

Making changes to invoices is easy with the copy/negate button. I have found the program user friendly and the staff at tabs very helpful when I was learning the program.

The support team is extra wonderful. They are prompt in getting to me and answering any and all questions I have had thoroughly.

I don't know if a transaction was missed on my end of things or if it just hasn't posted yet because the vehicle is still in work order status.

Great for inventory management, not great for employee/customer management in my opinion.

Any time we've run into a glitch (which has been minimal), tech support is quick to respond and get it handled and then follow up and make sure that we are still happy.

I also love the fact that at the end of the day I just click print and track each customer that came in, what was done with their vehicle. This software is worth every penny.

My biggest issue has been training my people that have weak computer skills on how to use this system. It has so many options that it frustrates the 1,2,3 people.

The simplicity and user definability are great for making it work for your business. This software can be easily modified to work well with virtually any company or business.

I love the ability to set our program the way we want to use it. Reports and screen views are easy to adjust to fit our needs as a shop.

The reports that you can generate are basically useless for any thing that I want. We also seem to loose contact with the main servers on a regular basis.

I don't have any problems  in this business was very helpful they will help you  to grow your business.

Very user friendly I recommend this product to all my friends who are setting up new businesses to see if they can use this as well.

The software's best feature is probable with the support. AnY time we have an issue they are quick to resolve.
