I love how easy it is to use while integrating everything into one easy source. Keep you organized while staying efficient which makes you more professional while making you more money.

There aren't too many things we dislike about AutoLeap.

There is no more miscommunications. One thing money can't buy is time but Autoleap can certainly save you a whole lot.

I like that it is cloud based so I can log in from any device at any time. It is extremely easy to navigate and when there is an issue someone gets back to me is 5 minutes or less.

Our only struggle with making the switch was we were not already using QuickBooks Online (QBO) - so our integration to that was very slow (NOT AN AUTOLEAP ISSUE - it was ours!).

The support is best in class. I am very happy that I made the decision to bring AutoLeap and it's team onboard my business.

The layout was nice and user friendly for the most part.

I really like the ease of use and I can tell they're building the software for the future growth of my business.

I didn't realize what I was missing until I switched to AutoLeap.

When performing inspections, it's nice to have a visual list of various components of a vehicle. It's simple to go through the checklist and helps lessen the chance of over looking/ missing something.

Our biggest improvement to our shop thanks to AutoLeap has been the ability to better communicate with our clients. We are able to be as transparent as possible though estimates and DVIs.

At this point I don't have any major complaints. If I had to write one thing is that the software is new and they are still adding features.

I am not able to think of anything I don't like about their software.

Autoleap has integrated Quickbooks online, no more double entry (I do the book keeping as well) saved me hours every weekend from paperwork.

This product is easy to use and helps us keep track of our customers and their vehicles. I appreciate the fact that it integrates with QB online.

Overall our business with Autoleap is very good and the integration has been very easy in the company. Their customer service is excellent and they are willing to help however they can.

The software integrated very easily with other programs and the interface was very clean and easy to use.

I have the best tools for the garage, and now the office too.

Just got to get used to it from switching from an obsolete invoicing software.

It is very easy to use, connects my techs in the back with the front office, the customer support is amazing, any time I have a question or suggestion they are right on top of it.

The time savings from daily administrative work can now be spent doing what I love, which is in the shop working on cars.

They have great integrated features such as parts ordering through partstech and integrate service info through Motor. Its web app based design is helping us go paperless in our shop.

Overall we were quite displeased with the program.

It keeps me on task and on target. I know the support team is always there for me and always improving and making the software better than it was before.

What we most liked about AutoLeap is the simplicity and the thoroughness  of the platform. The learning curve was short and the support we received was very helpful.

Too many glitches and not enough support from them to rectify the problems. Have denied problems in the past.

Good parts management , easy to setup and input customers etc , costs jobs with all related costs for actual profit per job.

Such a shame, that this program could be awesome, if only they had some customer service  to sort out issues when they arose.

Also that it only extracts in PDF not excel. Also that you have to pay for every user, that is so wrong, once you buy a licence you should be able to add a few users.

The system is very easy to use and navigate around. Creating invoices in easy with the help of bundles and invoice templates.

Difficult to move around inside system. Fees charged to retrieve my info when we chose to move our software.

Terrible customer support. Missing invoices that wont sync to MYOB, moved to Xero because Workshop Software told me that it was a MYOB problem.

Sometimes it can be a bit slow, it seems to lock up and take a while to get itself sorted and when you have a customer at the counter it can be frustrating.

Easy to use, support is good and updates too. I have not been a user directly but I have shared with people who have shown me how friendly the interface is.

Never know that it can make my work so much easier because its easy to note down customer's data like multiple vehicles under the one individual customer.

Being able to generate work/stock orders helps us stay up to date with parts supplier pricing, speeds up or parts ordering process.

Unable to remove customers if added multiple times by mistake, if any processed invoices are attached.

I am quite tired of the information not uploading properly, if our internet is slow which it very often is we have terrible problems with data entered not actually saving.

I like how everything is at your fingertips when doing invoices and quotes. I like how there are so many settings and functions that you can do pretty much everything you need to do.

Plus you can access the program from anywhere in the world so it's easy to monitor things while you're away.

Besides that, I can even create invoice and email it directly to my customer. I am loving this software! well done.

Support - the support team are excellent and efficient. Value - the annual fee is minuscule in comparison with other POS systems and the service and product are outstanding.

Very simple interface to understand for every business man. All the options to operate a workshop with scheduling and good customer support.

The most annoying thing for me would have to be that I can't just go back to the previous section terribly easily.
