It has also allowed us to provide a very consistent level of service; it is predictable for our clients. we also capture photos of the body of the vehicle to catalog any pre-existing damages. Some features that were more difficult have been sorted out through various updates. Reasons for switching to Autoflow When we subscribed to autoserve1 we had tremendous interruptions in backend integration. I find too often its too quick to text or if we accidentally hit inspection in progress there is no way to take it back as it's already texted the customer. From the beginning of assigning the DVI to a technician to complete an inspection. It’s also an easy process to assign jobs or rearrange them when you need to. Auto fill also makes it easy to communicate and keep your customers updated with the status of each step. Auto fluids, easy to use with new employees getting them trained on how to use the DVI incorrectly, inspect vehicles when they brought in. Cons: None at this time. I can’t think of any features that are negative integrates well with our system makes it easy to use. We had tried a different DVI system and it wasn't as friendly to use or a support staff that went above and beyond to help work through issues. We get notifications when the DVI is submitted which allows us to quickly write the repair order and send it to the client. Then we get notifications when the client has opened up the DVI which triggers us to give the client a call if they haven't already called. Cons: What I like least is the fact that DVIs are locked down after so many uses.
