  • Pros

  • I have recommended Auto Tracker to several other shop owners and they love it and can't thank me enough for introducing them to Bob.
  • Great software, user friendly, very detailed and completely compatible for what we do here at our shop. Even better customer service as well.
  • I love my Auto Trackers software package. I allows me too keep track of my business, and for ease of billing & for the ability to easily mail out service reminders.
  • Cons

  • Accidentally deleted a $6700 ticket and could not recover.
  • Rob and the guys are alway there to help if there is a problem.

  • User friendly, easy to learn and a great layout overall. I love that we can two-way message clients, order parts and track our business success.
  • If they have a question and i am busy they can just click the help button and either watch a video or ask the super friendly and helpful people in tech support.
  • Quick, accurate responses that save you time and money. Practical use is good, the ability to add canned services for commonly sold packages is great.
  • Cons

  • The Quickbooks Online integration was a mess causing accounting errors. Their reporting is very confusing and I was not easily able to track my shop's profitability.
  • Flaws with use of this software in Canada, ie nickel rounding on cash invoices. Penny rounding on most invoices is incorrect due to a rounding logic error.
  • Any time I have had problems with the program, (and other business problems), Shopmonkey has been there to help either online and in many cases over the phone.
