I had trouble with the internet version. It would not close end of day without locking up.

Their support staff is excellent and responsive to all of my needs. A recently released cloud version includes small changes that overall make it better than the old version.

At the price it is the best value of any program out there. Customer support is second to none.

Emulating a DOS based program would bring stability, it makes odd errors like switching customers and dates.

The new vehicle selection menu is terrible compared to the old full screen version, it's bad enough we don't even use it when booking appointments any more.

It is the best program for the money out there. It is a low overhead software that can run fast on older machines.

I love that using Baymaster is easy - for example looking up a service history is at your fingertips. This is especially useful when a customer is on hold or at your service counter.

Using the cloud will be a disaster identity theft, theft of intellectual property and not being able to access the program when the internet crashes will be some of the problems.

We have used Bay-Master since 1997. I appreciate all the features and would recommend it to any automotive repair shop it its invaluable for keeping track of everything.

The customer support in this program is awesome. The technicians are friendly, you get to talk right to a person, and they are very knowledgeable about the program.

Very easy to use well laid out not over burden with layers of crap.

When it crashes it seems your the only ones that can fix it there is no fix it self buttons.

We are producing accurate, easy to understand invoices with very little effort. Customer communication has improved with our ability to send canned text messaging quickly and easily.

I really like how Shop-Ware is innovative and not like all the other SMS out there.

Our biggest problem with the software is the fact that you can not change labor dollars without changing labor times. The second biggest problem is only showing one phone number on screen.

One of our favorite parts is the ability to take pictures and notes and the ease of being able to send it to the customer. The parts ordering process is quite nice and easy as well.

The ease of pricing parts and ordering parts through Shop-Ware is TONS better than our previous software, Mitchell.

Lack of reporting, inventory control and transferring, lack of permissions for larger shops.

I AM HAVING PROBLEMS IN THAT, (MAYBE I DON'T KNOW HOW), CANNED JOBS CAN NOT BE ENTERED PRIOR TO LOADING THEM INTO AN INVOICE 1ST.

The integration with vendors works great. Billing out parts and having them show in inventory with bin locations is a great tool.

I have enjoyed watching the growth and development of the software. I am glad to have given early feedback that translated to actual action.

I do find that fixing user errors is clunky and that not all errors can be fixed on the Shop-Ware side.

We fully believe that to be successful in our business we need the best people and the best tools available, and Shop-Ware has proven to be just that. It has helped us grow our business.

Some of the features are dated or difficult to figure out on the accounting and parts side.

The ease of sharing the recommendations to the customer, and the ease of customers being able to decline or accept a recommendation on their phone.

Cloud based, real-time, has multi-shop interface, good reporting, learns and adapts as the month progresses, integrates with QB, supported by Bosch.

Its frustrating because I am essentially not using the digital inspection to make any sales.

It is seamless to use, when we onboard a new team member walking them through how to use the software is a breeze. We also like how transparent the software allows us to be with our customers.
