I deal with a lot of estimate matching and having this software has saved me countless labor hours that do not generate income. I also like the real-time updates that keep my figures current.

Integrates easily with Quickbooks and other third party providers. There are many reports available to assist in better business practices.

Customer service is absolutely horrible and carwise is the most unfair review site possible. It's deceitful for shop owners and deceitful for consumers to use as a review or to post for a review.

The best part has to be how easy it is to follow the vehicle progress through the facility. Especially helpful when you have multiple repairs  going through your shop.

There aren't many things to say here but I do have one or two complaints. I have and pay for the RPS option which is to populate recycled parts for the vehicle I am writing.

I prefer this software to Mitchell because it is more user friendly.

Sometimes it lags but once restarted it will work.

Export to Quickbooks and Excel very valuable. Ability to scan documents into each RO saves us so much time  if we need to research old files.

A Robust All in One Solution For Your Repair Facility.

My preference is for CCC One to also include an accounting segment to reduce the administrative burden of exporting to a different accounting system.

I currently use CCC One Total Repair Platform and it's great. It's extremely easy to use, is far better than Audatex and the management side is also a lot easier than Rome or Nexsyis.

But one thing I like is they are constantly improving and updating their product.

And the cross-reference with estimating guides just educates you further. If you want to back up your marketing with effective estimates and productivity, start here.

I don't like how picky it is when you are trying to merge an assignment, they should loosen up the search parameters when trying to merge files.

I don't see any point that is negative at the moment.

Lastly, the assistance I get from tech support is top notch. Keep up the good work CCC ONE.

Overall We've reduced redundant operations, increased labor productivity, and  we now have a fantastic way to measure our shop's performance as well a the performance of our team members.

I like how much faster it is to use than Audatex. Also it has a bunch of valuable reports.

I really like how Shop-Ware is innovative and not like all the other SMS out there.

Our biggest problem with the software is the fact that you can not change labor dollars without changing labor times. The second biggest problem is only showing one phone number on screen.

One of our favorite parts is the ability to take pictures and notes and the ease of being able to send it to the customer. The parts ordering process is quite nice and easy as well.

The ease of pricing parts and ordering parts through Shop-Ware is TONS better than our previous software, Mitchell.

Ease of use and intuitive, just like what it is, using an interactive web page.

I love the user functionality of Shop-ware. It is easy to read and see what is happening, as well as easy to use and figure out.

Best decision/investment in shop software we have made -- I have seriously never dealt with any organization that has had this high a level of customer service.

Lack of reporting, inventory control and transferring, lack of permissions for larger shops.

I AM HAVING PROBLEMS IN THAT, (MAYBE I DON'T KNOW HOW), CANNED JOBS CAN NOT BE ENTERED PRIOR TO LOADING THEM INTO AN INVOICE 1ST.

The integration with vendors works great. Billing out parts and having them show in inventory with bin locations is a great tool.

I have enjoyed watching the growth and development of the software. I am glad to have given early feedback that translated to actual action.

I do find that fixing user errors is clunky and that not all errors can be fixed on the Shop-Ware side.

We fully believe that to be successful in our business we need the best people and the best tools available, and Shop-Ware has proven to be just that. It has helped us grow our business.

Some of the features are dated or difficult to figure out on the accounting and parts side.

The ease of sharing the recommendations to the customer, and the ease of customers being able to decline or accept a recommendation on their phone.

The Shop-Ware software is very easy to use. It is also great for managing my business with its great reports.

I love the way we can share the estimates with the customer via email and text. Inspections are easy to set up and are 100% customizable.

Its frustrating because I am essentially not using the digital inspection to make any sales.

It is seamless to use, when we onboard a new team member walking them through how to use the software is a breeze. We also like how transparent the software allows us to be with our customers.
