Pros/Cons

Pros
Lots of features and really simple to use, great customer service.
Super easy to run. No learning curve, installed and started using.

Cons
Honestly, there are a couple of very minor things that I need to understand, but are probably easily cleared up with a call to customer support. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied with this program.
Reports took me a while to understand but once I did it a few times the better I liked it.

The software is very customizable. The customer service is lightning fast and cant be beat
I'v used ADP, R&R, Alldata, Mitchel, and others..........Shop Monkey is the best interface and work flow by far. We love it. Amazing customer support.

Cons
The software is missing some minor stuff but these guys keep updating it every day.
Not really a con, but I'd like the ability to edit user details such as the email without having to bother your support staff.
