From day 1 Instant AutoSite has exceeded my expectations. Customer support is the best.

Pros

It is one stop for all of my seo and crm needs. It is professional in appearance, and my customers love it. He not only listens to suggestions for improvement, he actively seeks input from his customers on what the want to see added to the product. He has implemented many of my suggestions. I can track all of my lead sources, review phone calls to help in training my staff, and be sure that my marketing dollars are providing the needed ROI. My customers receive communication from me on a regular schedule that I determine, that can be easily adjusted. The latest addition of MyInstantSite has just been an awesome additional tool that adds a whole extra layer of communication to our system.

Cons

I really have no compaints about it. When there was an issue of any kind, it was dealt with promptly and completely.

Simple to use, looks great to customers.

Simplicity. I now have 1 company to deal with rather than 5. IAS understands the fine details of online marketing so I don't have to. It's now less headache AND less cost than before we made the switch. It was a good decision.

Pros

I get help or answers from the team within minutes of asking.
IAS made it so easy and economical to integrate all the facets of online presence, customer interaction and marketing. All the platforms work together, and look the same. We get complements from users on our site now, even from one of our former marketing companies! Our mobile app is getting a lot of use and Yelp app is generating leads we wouldn't have had otherwise.

Cons

Could use fewer notifications of system generated responses to customers. That's all I can think of for now.

Great platform! Our customers love the app!

Pros

The single platform for managing your website, CRM, SEO, Coupons & Deals, and rewards/ referrals is unmatchable by any other program out there.

Cons

The Lack of integration with our current POS / SMS system can be time consuming at times. I wish the platform allowed my staff to stay inside our POS system more instead of bouncing between the two programs. We also have an inspection program. This puts my staff bouncing between a total of 3 programs.
