Marketing 360 is a cloud-based marketing platform suited for entrepreneurs as well as small and midsize businesses. This solution allows organizations to run social media advertising campaigns, conduct search engine optimization (SEO) programs and analyze digital marketing performance.

Marketing 360's UXi websites feature helps users create web pages branded web pages that include call-to-action buttons. In addition, the system provides website templates that can be customized and edited with the help of drag-and-drop functionality.

Marketing 360's Natural Listing Ads feature helps users manage organic search results by tracking keyword volume and ranking. In addition, it analyzes competitors' SEO performance with the same keywords and shares real-time reports providing organic conversion rates. This product is very useful for tracking online traffic and performs well in accurately collecting data that our prospects provide. We can easily review and compare our marketing and online traffic results to see which periods outperform other periods (i.e. by week, month or year).

Cons

Because of my lack of technical knowledge and experience in internet marketing (one prior marketer), it has been a difficult learning curve to see what was done and why but because your company and most particularly, the support staff has/have been able to take the time to explain what has been done and why, I am most encourage that my ROI will eventually be realized.

Pros

The ability to reach more of my targets more effectively. By successively 'honing' the messages I've wanted to send and the targets I have wanted to reach, I have seen less of a response from those I used to hear from and who were not my targets and more from those I want to reach; albeit, the latter are fewer in number.

Online marketing is so complex and with 360 it's all in one place. They worked on a strategy really fast and got it up and running very fast too.

Cons

They don't provide real client examples for their websites templates and that would be very helpful to see how other clients are applying the websites. Other companies are showcasing real case studies or "our work " and it makes it much more believable.

I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service aspect of the company. They category experts and technical team are wonderful. You are NEVER "on your own".

Pros

The team is totally engaged, and 110% accessible. There has never been an occasion wherein I was unable to get direct access to assistance needed.

Cons

Although the software is outstanding and the customer service experience is outstanding, the cost of ownership is a pretty large hit to the operating budget of a small business.

I don't think I really have any cons at this point. If there was anything it would just be I sometimes struggle formatting things if I try to make my own changes but I think this is more my lack of technical savvy rather than any fault of the software. There were some road bumps throughout our professional relationship with Marketing360. I'm not going to pinpoint one specific person or area though because I don't know how the workflow works at the company. We ended up having a new marketing manager assigned to us really late in the game and I must say I was very pleased with the speediness of the changes that needed to be made to our website. Our new manager took care of our needs within a reasonable timely manner. Our site is now where it needs to be. Representative attention to detail in getting our changes done as quickly as he did would've made me change my mind in leaving Marketing360 but unfortunately, we have moved on from them onto a new marketing firm directly connected to Trane. I was given the opportunity to rejoin Marketing360 if our new marketing service should fail us. I would strongly consider this!

Pros

I like the website Marketing360 created for us. It was done in a timely manner. I appreciated that! The interface of the software was clear and easy to navigate around. If I had any questions about it I could ask and they'd be answered in a timely manner.

Cons

Unfortunately it took too long for changes to be made to our website. And getting some answers to questions were not given in a timely manner. There were a few factors that were frustrating which unfortunately made us end our professional relationship with Marketing360.

I enjoyed the ease of use of the system. But, honestly Megan's support, knowledge, and immediate availability at moments notice was the most valuable part of working with M360/Madwire. Thank you Megan!

The only issue I could mention would be working with the front end editor. It would be nice if the widgets worked better to increase SEO. It is a great way to build pages, but again, was a bit clunky for SEO.

They went they the site to optimize it and change your phone number to track the amount of calls the come in via each funnel you have (Facebook, instagram, website , etc....)

They are a SEO company and are not really a company helps you with marketing via different platforms to help you get the most out of your ROI. After I was on boad for 4 months and over $5,000 into it they suggested I keep on doing what they are doing becuase they are starting to see how to help me. Not sure about you, but Im a small business owner (21 years and no debt and growth double digits in the past 5 years) and Im about ROI and dont have the time and money for a company to tell me who my customers are and then try to target them via discounts to get them into the funnel. The discount games is a losing game and if you play that your not going to get yourself out of the hole you are in if you are in one. Do not waste your money on SEO, do the basics, and learn to capture your existing customers info and you have better ROI then working with marketing 360. Do not get caught up into their excellent marketing tactics. If they handle mine or others marketing like they did their own it would be awesome.

Pros

After much research and reading reviews, we chose Marketing 360 to be our law firm's official marketing company. They created a beautiful website for our firm. We get a lot of compliments (today as a matter of fact) on our site. Marketing 360 established our SEO and PPC campaigns, and it is already bringing in quality leads and business. We are quite happy with Marketing 360 and they always go the extra mile to earn our business.

Cons

I don't have many complaints. I wish the CRM software was able to export to our law practice management software. We also requested a press release be drafted, but we were't happy with the final result. Marketing 360, however, fully refunded the cost of the press release.

I love being able to see clearly what is driving the traffic and how much money I'm spending per conversion. Every month I'm able to see slight improvements because I'm able to see clearly what is working and what is not.

Cons

The thing that I like least is the learning curve of learning how to read it - but thanks to Customer support representative - she breaks it down for me monthly and even sends me a breakdown of the most important parts that I need to see. Honestly, she goes above and beyond.
