Marketing 360 is a cloud-based marketing platform suited for entrepreneurs as well as small and midsize businesses. This solution allows organizations to run social media advertising campaigns, conduct search engine optimization (SEO) programs and analyze digital marketing performance.

Marketing 360's UXi websites feature helps users create web pages branded web pages that include call-to-action buttons. In addition, the system provides website templates that can be customized and edited with the help of drag-and-drop functionality.

Marketing 360's Natural Listing Ads feature helps users manage organic search results by tracking keyword volume and ranking. In addition, it analyzes competitors' SEO performance with the same keywords and shares real-time reports providing organic conversion rates. The Social Targeting Ads let organizations to segment and target clients on the basis of social details such as age, gender, location and interests.

Because of my lack of technical knowledge and experience in internet marketing (one prior marketer), it has been a difficult learning curve to see what was done and why but because your company and most particularly, the support staff has/have been able to take the time to explain what has been done and why, I am most encourage that my ROI will eventually be realized.

The ability to reach more of my targets more effectively. By successively 'honing' the messages I've wanted to send and the targets I have wanted to reach, I have seen less of a response from those I used to hear from and who were not my targets and more from those I want to reach; albeit, the latter are fewer in number.

Online marketing is so complex and with 360 it's all in one place. They worked on a strategy really fast and got it up and running very fast too.

Cons

They don't provide real client examples for their websites templates and that would be very helpful to see how other clients are applying the websites. Other companies are showcasing real case studies or "our work " and it makes it much more believable.

I like the software for the review process but it didn't work the first couple of times and then you have to put a certain number of words in such as if you don't have anything negative to say you still have to type 100 words for that question to move to next field. Even now I cannot get the pull downs to work for Industry or Company Size.

Pros

Simplicity of use and clean design. We have a pet supply website and have to learn enough software. This platform is intuitive and easy to use immediately.

I like that it integrates CRM with Ads and the Website and we can track analytics but I first need to laern more about how all these work as it's a bit overwhelming at first.

Cons

The CRM is very limited and should ideally integrate with google suite / calendar and be the central hub for all my business activities. I would deeply appreciate if it linked with my Quickbooks or other accounting software as well as a check-out, shipping tracker. It would be great if like Salesforce it would allow my entire team (growing) to work from the CRM with time management, bookings, production, customer engagement, etc. I think the website building process needs work. But Regina has been so accomodating, professional and friendly.

Nothing at all.

Pros

There isn't much positive to say: they sell you a "service" where "their team has a plan in place that will be able to at least meet your goals." (Collin's actual words). Once a contract is signed to autodraft money from your account, they turn you over to your "specialist" who reveals that there is no plan, that they need to use your hours to redo your website, that coming up and managing one is on you (the client). What am I paying for exactly?

Cons

Once you realize they are not a marketing department at all (that is - all the key words, target clients, etc come from YOU), you're stuck with them. I have paid an amount for exactly ZERO qualified leads. What happened to this "plan me and my team have come up with..." Beware, the sales people behind this do no research, say anything to lock you into a sale, and the results are useless.
