I love this software and the customer service.

Features link easily, information and history easy to obtain.

Marketing features are a bit weak. There aren't  many marketing features if you wanted to do your marketing in house.

I like the features of the program. There are too many to list here but it's a robust program sufficient for any automotive shop.

Just like my impact wrenches and sockets, MaxxTraxx is an integral part of my business for the long term.

It has been top notch for over 6 years, customer service is a very easy to work with and super nice people that understand most issues that you might have with the product.

Ease of use and constant product upgrades, good support.

The support is AMAZING when you need it. We have used this product for 6 years and the few times a year we need help, the support team  are on it.

This is a good thing, usually, except that it is just not intuitive and it is clear that it is an older software that is being patched together with newer features.

It integrates well with parts vendors online part ordering systems. Many features can be customized based on your preferences.

Although you don't need to use quickbooks because it is also a complete system and can stand alone without any hiccups. Customer service is amazing.

They are very helpful and always very very friendly on the phone. I've used multiple different systems and this is the best bang for the buck.

To do quotes, billing, and inventory it is very helpful. Tracking orders and returns is great.

Hard to adjust and view inventory. Hard to break down various key factors ie parts gp, warranty vs normal work.

Lacks MANY MANY basic features, i.e., old employees have to be deleted (losing old employee's address, phone number, hire & term date. Cannot post a credit for a customer.

If I had one complaint it would be the inability to customize certain aspects of the program.

Very easy to use system. Our customers love the text messaging feature and approvals right from there phone.

The program is simple to use and the integrations with 3rd parties if fantastic to make the product even better. Their service/technical support is great and will solve your issues in timely manner.

We were always chasing paper, looking for notes, digging in file cabinets, etc. The integrated DVI has solved all those problems and strengthened our customer's trust in our processes and integrity.

Having the vehicle details, fluids,filters,etc. On the right-side menu is the BEST.

Cannot require email addresses be collected. No report to see specifically from what time to what time a technician worked on a vehicle.

In the meantime, the learning curve has been a painful slog.

What I like the most about this software is that it is cloud based and the ease of use. There is not a big learning curve which is super important when switching from another system.

My favorite aspect of Tekmetric is the ability to write estimates quickly and efficiently. It was easy to learn how to use and manage.
