The ease of writing and updating work orders is fantastic. I like that you can do everything from writing purchase orders to checking history and updating recommended service from one screen.

It is easy to use and easy to track inventory and profability.

Previously we had used AllData Manage and it could not look up vins or license plates and we love that we can do that through this program. The customer service is fantastic.

It was a smooth integration, customer support is amazing. So wonderful to have a team behind the product to help us in the field.

Napa has always been a very strong and wise franchise corporation there Auto part stores are worldwide easy to find what you need.

They way the orders are handle and the customer service is great.

The same thing occurs if you edit a price, it automatically changes back. Frustrating if you don't realize before you invoice.

Ease of use is my favorite thing about it, though I would change 1-2 things if I could.

I haven’t used the software long, but I find it a little difficult to use. Maybe with some more time I can get it figured out.

It is very easy to use and easy to train people to use it. It helps me track profits for each job.

Overall, it is probably one of the least functional programs I've ever used. It's a great idea and was probably the best option a decade ago but it could  use a full rebuild.

With Napa tracks we are able to make more money and explain stuff better to the customer.

The system completely integrates with your current working style. It is extremely user friendly which i love.

We use the legacy- which has sharp colors and is easy to see & read. Customer support is super fast.

It is very difficult to give a customer a discount on parts and have the discount show on the final repair order.

NAPA doesnt play well with others, meaning, only napa parts lookup is available, you will NOT be able to integrate ANY other auto parts store into napa tracs.

The labor matrix is one of my favorite functions of Tracs. I like the ability to built pricing profiles.

Once you’re use to it it’s like riding a bike. They send tech support to the shop to get set up which was great.

Napa Tracs has been a great addition to our business. We were using quickbooks before and I don’t know how we survived with out this.

I'm extremely happy with this program. I like the fact that I can access the program from work, home laptop, or smart phone.

I like the invoicing parameters, the employee time sheets, the sales tax and accounting features. I also like the overview of daily, monthly or yearly spans of parts and labor pricing.

The software was easy to navigate. Its functionality was great with its color coding.

They have built in labor books, parts ordering, and texting that are easy to use and make the speed of service lightning fast.

With any type of software has the odd glitch but nothing major and always gets fixed right away.

I've never seen another company do that for us. The quality of their work is very high and keeps me excited about working with them to make shopboss the best it can be for us.

I would get rid of yet today if it was up to me. cost verse benefits is terrible. I am the primary user due to it being so time consuming for my techs.

Shop Boss Pro is cloud-based auto repair shop solution that helps auto shop owners with vehicle workflow management. The solution enables automotive repair shops to create customer invoices and manage vehicle repair history. Key features include a customer portal, repair tutorials and Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI).


The DVI feature allows auto shops to send photos, videos and technician comments to vehicle owners. The solution also enables users to scan Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) through a barcode scanner and search customer information along with vehicle details.
