  • Pros

  • The ease of writing and updating work orders is fantastic. I like that you can do everything from writing purchase orders to checking history and updating recommended service from one screen.
  • It is easy to use and easy to track inventory and profability.
  • Cons

  • The same thing occurs if you edit a price, it automatically changes back. Frustrating if you don't realize before you invoice.
  • I haven’t used the software long, but I find it a little difficult to use. Maybe with some more time I can get it figured out.

  • User friendly, easy to learn and a great layout overall. I love that we can two-way message clients, order parts and track our business success.
  • Its easy to use platform is wonderful for both in-house and customers.
  • Cons

  • The only con has nothing to do with Shopmonkey's software, only my lack of knowledge on Quickbooks.
  • BMP wallpaper that I'll miss. Remind me of my youth spent with windows 3.1 playing DOOM.
