The ease of writing and updating work orders is fantastic. I like that you can do everything from writing purchase orders to checking history and updating recommended service from one screen.

It is easy to use and easy to track inventory and profability.

Previously we had used AllData Manage and it could not look up vins or license plates and we love that we can do that through this program. The customer service is fantastic.

It was a smooth integration, customer support is amazing. So wonderful to have a team behind the product to help us in the field.

Napa has always been a very strong and wise franchise corporation there Auto part stores are worldwide easy to find what you need.

They way the orders are handle and the customer service is great.

The same thing occurs if you edit a price, it automatically changes back. Frustrating if you don't realize before you invoice.

Ease of use is my favorite thing about it, though I would change 1-2 things if I could.

I haven’t used the software long, but I find it a little difficult to use. Maybe with some more time I can get it figured out.

It is very easy to use and easy to train people to use it. It helps me track profits for each job.

Overall, it is probably one of the least functional programs I've ever used. It's a great idea and was probably the best option a decade ago but it could  use a full rebuild.

With Napa tracks we are able to make more money and explain stuff better to the customer.

The system completely integrates with your current working style. It is extremely user friendly which i love.

We use the legacy- which has sharp colors and is easy to see & read. Customer support is super fast.

It is very difficult to give a customer a discount on parts and have the discount show on the final repair order.

NAPA doesnt play well with others, meaning, only napa parts lookup is available, you will NOT be able to integrate ANY other auto parts store into napa tracs.

The labor matrix is one of my favorite functions of Tracs. I like the ability to built pricing profiles.

Once you’re use to it it’s like riding a bike. They send tech support to the shop to get set up which was great.

Napa Tracs has been a great addition to our business. We were using quickbooks before and I don’t know how we survived with out this.

It is easy to edit the inspections if needed and even easier to send it to the customer. The text message feature is great and makes it easy to communicate with our customers.

I do not like the way the reminder texts and emails are written. Many of our older customers call us because they are confused on what the reminder is for.

Also they continue to try to get a hold of for the monthly catch ups even when you are so busy you sometimes ignore their calls or emails.

The way it is worded is confusing for some people.

I like that if I have an issue I can call my Rep and he normally gets back to me quickly. The training academy is a good place to get refresher courses.

As of now, our overall experience has been a positive one. There have been a few upgrades that we have learned about that has proven to be most helpful.

Technician time budget on the TVP makes scheduling and expectations with customers easy to manage. The digital inspection platform creates the transparency we strive to achieve with our customers.

There were a few bugs or glitches to begin with, but once we started using it, they worked out and there's no downside to the software that I have found.

Our customer's love it, and we are getting more sales from the pictures and videos. The more pictures taken the more successful this software is.

The intigration to our shop software went smooth, they had to work out a few bugs in the beginning. We could not be happier.
