  • Pros

  • Previously we had used AllData Manage and it could not look up vins or license plates and we love that we can do that through this program. The customer service is fantastic.
  • It was a smooth integration, customer support is amazing. So wonderful to have a team behind the product to help us in the field.
  • The ease of writing and updating work orders is fantastic. I like that you can do everything from writing purchase orders to checking history and updating recommended service from one screen.
  • Cons

  • The same thing occurs if you edit a price, it automatically changes back. Frustrating if you don't realize before you invoice.
  • It is very difficult to give a customer a discount on parts and have the discount show on the final repair order.
  • I haven’t used the software long, but I find it a little difficult to use. Maybe with some more time I can get it figured out.

  • Easy to use, keeps track of everything. Customer service is great, very quick to resolve issues and help understand the how and the why of operations.
  • This software makes it super easy to manage your shop and watch your numbers at the same time. Call me for details or with questions, I will be happy to share specifics with anyone.
  • It has a lot of good features that cannot be had with the larger software vendors. I also like that they customize your invoices, and their customer service has always been great.
  • Cons

  • Seems rather unstable at times. Can not always figure out the various problems or why they are happening.
  • The only regret I have is that for many years we only used about 40% of what the software could do.
  • The only problem I really have is not being able to use Norton Security.
