The customer service has always been extremely friendly and helpful. For us as a small business the software works perfect.

Labor times most of the time is wrong make sure you you have different source you can't trust the info which is they getting pay monthly.

Is perfect for shops that dont want to spend a fortune.

We were always chasing paper, looking for notes, digging in file cabinets, etc. The integrated DVI has solved all those problems and strengthened our customer's trust in our processes and integrity.

Cannot require email addresses be collected. No report to see specifically from what time to what time a technician worked on a vehicle.
