There are numerous reports in the system and this makes it easy to use out of the box. #### Cons The system is not friendly for someone that owns multiple shops and is a challenge when selling tires, as it does not report DOT numbers. It helps our customers develop more trust and understanding of the repairs that they need, which increase customer loyalty and frequent patronage.​ #### Cons When uploading pictures, the DVI tool freezes, and this hampers the timely delivery of reports to customers. This disruption may prove disruptive to communication and lead to the impression that we are slow in attending to our clients’ needs.​ #### Vendor response Chamsi, thanks so much for the review. I had someone try to help me change a customer vehicle to a complete different person and ended up merging my 2 biggest clients. They told me I had to recreate the profile and change over the past customer cars and manually switch it over.
