### Most mentioned cons

- Like any automation tool, you'll run into random failures that aren't really AccelQ's fault — flaky behavior during playback that can be hard to pin down.
- While it's new tool so can be understandable but Integrations with different tools will still be a problem as modern software requires integration with different tools and accellq may not be compatible with some of them, also when one want to write custom test case for a specific application functionality it may not be possible.
- Load times with dashboards are sometimes slow when executing very large regression suites, although it has no impact on reliability in general.

### Easy setup, catching the bugs early and both frontend and backend tests run locally without hassle

We needed both frontend and backend testing, and all the scheduled tests needed to run locally on our own servers due to safety concerns for customer data, and AccelQ could give us that. Whenever I've run into problems or needed assistance on how to solve a task, I've always gotten quick help from support to find a solution. Scheduled tests are predictable, and we are catching more bugs than before at an earlier stage, with an average of 1-3 per week. More expensive than the others, and that was a discussion that almost changed the decision at first, but after I started using it, I do not regret the decision.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Been easy to learn, and little technical insight is needed to also cover more detailed and backend testing on my own with predefined commands. It's been great to be able to cover also more detailed and backend testing without involving developers for some additional code. The overview of the tests are clear and readable, and I like the easy switch between recording and not recording to be able to better change where in the test I need to continue working

#### Cons

I'm missing more flexibility in views to work with and compare more in parallel to work faster. Also missing more focus on time management of the tests, but have hopes that the new dashboard with it's flexibility in setup also will cover this over time.

#### Reasons for choosing ACCELQ

After checking reviews, we decided to test these 2 products. The decision went in favor of AccelQ because of the possibility of scheduled tests running locally and not on an offbroad server, presentation of tests, possibility to manage with nocode commands for both frontend and backend testing.
