Good test management tool with useful integration features

I like importing Test cases from MS Excel to Zypher and creating test cycles. I miss the graphical representation of test results that I used to have in TestRail, Unlike TestRail, Zephyr feels somewhat dry in user experience, but it accomplishes its goal of being a test management tool. Adding attachments and linking issues with tests is very easy, the test search feature can be improved and better search filters are needed in Zypher. We have integrated Zephyr with JIRA and so far it has been a very useful integration for us.

Pros:

The best thing about Zephyr is the ease of importing test cases from MS Excel. It is just simpler than in other tools like TestRail. The UI of Zephyr makes it very easy for users to understand its feature, the steps to accomplish something like importing test cases are straightforward with easy mapping and validation. It has a separate section for Behaviour Driven Development or BDD test cases which becomes very useful if you work on an Agile project

Cons:

I would have liked to see better organization of test cases into suites and test runs, though it provides the Test Cycle feature I feel it lacks a few things, also viewing the history of test results isn't as simple as it is in TestRail.

Pros:

Given most organizations use Jira these days, Zephyr a built in addon works as a separate test management tool without the need for a specific setup.Integration with Jira, Confluence makes it an allrounder in terms of tracking progress, traceability, reporting.

Cons:

The addon is often slow and has potential for improvements like master test cycles, multi-runs, etc.
