One of the best marketplace platform for business & personal usage
Overall, It is a great platform for developers. We are extremely satisfied with this software.
PROSOne of the best multi-vendor marketplace. It saves time & money by bringing up all the different vendors on board. We can find all the extensions & plugin which helps make any customized build. It is extremely simple to understand the platform & has a lot of free necessary stuff available.
CONSOmnyfy is an all-rounder in terms of performance. But it needs some improvement including adding more tools & plug-ins and improving cross-platform accessibility & CRM.

Excellent Platform for Online Marketplaces
I have been very pleased with my experience with Omnyfy and their multi-vendor marketplace platform. I have felt that they have been a partner and not just a vendor from the beginning of this effort, and the platform/software has proven to be flexible when needed.
PROSIt was a huge benefit to be able to build my online marketplace from the Omnyfy platform rather than starting from scratch. They offered several modules that we were able to configure and also allowed for customizations.
CONSOmnyfy is improving its user instructions through its online knowledgebase library. Documentation of how to use all platform features and functions was an initial challenge that is improving.

We chose Omnyfy because of a combination of robust features/functionality, the platform approach that enables more configuration than customization, and cost.

A robust marketplace platform supported by a fantastic team
I started my venture with a vision to innovate a tired and outdated print industry and in order achieve this I needed an active and supportive business partner and not just a software provider that had no interest in the success of my business. Omnyfy shared the challenges and we worked together to really push the boundaries of what was possible with this fantastic platform. Any review of a software solution must also look at the people and culture of the service provider as this truly makes up half of your success. Thanks to their determination we have raised the bar to a new level.
PROSThe combined ability to not only customise the platform and but to to also benefit from a range of over & above modules that help make your marketplace just as good as any world leading marketplace platforms. Also, the on going support they provide is unparalleled.
CONSCompletion of complex marketplaces reveal the need to develop additional modules to help support certain unique functionalities. Though these modules may not be available at the time, Omnyfy will always make a solution available and work towards developing these modules in due course.

Easy To Use Marketplace Platform
It allows us to go to market faster than we ever imagined. The platform is very easy to use and with many possibilities to configure. And the team is incredibly supportive.
CONSSome requirements for reporting Sales & Inventory specific to our business model are not readily available. However, I am positive we can work out a solution with the team at Omnyfy in the future.

It's been an amazing journey to build a new channel for our retailer partners and aggregate their brands with ours to achieve scale quickly.
PROSEase of use and support from Omnyfy. Made setting up platforms across multiple sites easy.
CONSFor our brand customers, a huge pain point was that they MUST have had an ipad only. There was no option for android, mobile, or PC to acknowledge, process orders and the like. To this point, Omnyfy have been amazing and created a PC based solution.

A great Aussie platform, for multi-vendors
This platform has far fewer plug-ins and extensions for multi-vendor businesses, than other e-commerce platforms, as it is custom-built for that purpose. The number of features offered on this platform are far superior to any other tech-stack
