Exceptional Payment Solution

PROS

Resolve provides a simple alternative for offering new and existing customers Net terms without exposing us to unnecessary financial risk or undertaking the hassle of conducting our own credit checks. This has made it easier for our team to sell and win new business. The customer support is also exceptional.

CONS

I have no cons to report regarding Resolve's platform.

Resolve Streamlines Accounts Receivable

I greatly appreciate the partnership with Resolve. Their team is top notch and their platform has played an integral role in our continued growth.

PROS

Resolve streamlines our new customer onboarding by providing fast credit decisions. It mitigates our credit risk and improves our cashflow. And our customers appreciate the intuitive dashboard and timely notifications.

CONS

We'd like to see a native integration with BigCommerce and/or Brightpearl. That said, the team has been very supportive in pointing us to resources for custom integration.

An Extremely User Friendly Platform

PROS

Resolve is very user-friendly for both our customers and our internal team. They are attentive and quick to respond to any issues and take our feedback seriously when updating their interface.

CONS

At times new features can make it a bit difficult to find previous information. That said the team has done a great job of communicating these changes since we initially provided this feedback and it's improved a lot over time!

Great company to partner with

Great company to work with. Resolve has allowed our company to extend lines of credit with customers.

PROS

Since Day 1, the Resolve team has kept a very open dialogue with us. They are very receptive to any feedback we provide and made improvements to the Portal for ease of use. By far the best thing about the company is their communication. They are quick to respond to any inquiries and partner with us to solve issues that may arise.

CONS

There isn't a "con" that I can list - portal continues to improve and provide more features for ease of use.

If You Are Looking for a Credit Terms Company, Resolve is Your Go To!

Resolve is a great credit terms company. They provide excellent customer support and are always ready to help our Admin team and our customers when needed. The process of integration and approving customers for credit is simple and easy to do. I highly recommend using Resolve!

PROS

We really enjoy how involved Resolve is when assisting customers and getting them approved for credit terms. This allows our company to grow in revenue.

CONS

There is not much to dislike. The only request would be to have access to more critical data through the Resolve dashboard.

Great for reducing AR risk!

PROS

The quick cash advances for invoices is very helpful. The weekly emails they send to customers make it easy so that you don't have to reach out to customers. They respond to messages within the hour and help you with any questions or concerns. The flexibility of net 30, 60 and even 90 is great for customers who prefer longer net terms.

CONS

The late fees can be annoying to manage for customers if there is an issue with checks getting lost, but the pros outweigh the cons by a lot!

Great Customer Service

Resolve has been a great addition to our variety of platforms we use. It helped us generate more sales and helped us improve our efficiency in managing our receivables. Their customer support team is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and are quick to respond to requests. The quarterly wrap up meetings they host have a lot of insight and feedback.

PROS

Resolve is very user friendly and a very simple and straightforward platform to use.

CONS

There is nothing I don't like in this software; However, I would like to see more reporting options available to the customer.

Great service

PROS

The best part about Resolve, is their responsive team. Everyone on their team is extremely helpful, provide quick responses, and are enjoyable to work with. The user interface is easy to use and understand.

Resolve is helping to streamline our business

Resolve is helping us streamline AR. We are a small company so letting Resolve collect on and manage customer accounts is allowing us to be more efficient.

PROS

The interface is easy for us and our customers to use, they offer great communication, and their support staff is easy to reach and they help fix any issues promptly.

CONS

Complete Differentiator

We are constantly referring clients to Resolve - that should speak volumes about our feelings towards their company, software and service.

PROS

This software enables us to provide extended payment terms for professional services (marketing consulting). We are the only company that offers this to our prospective clients and it has resulted in a "win" more often than not. It's easy to set up and use and the customer support is fabulous.

CONS

Nothing. This is a great software if you are interested in revving up your receivables and collections.

Great Service

Resolve is great helps me collect money from customers faster and also they can see everything that goes on in their account. The option to pay through resolve is great.

PROS

My favorite part of the software is that it sends reminders to customers and updates for me. Saves me time to do other things.

CONS

I wish there was a edit amount on invoice, for example if I just submit a invoice and I accidently entered 500.23 instead of 600.23 I feel like there should be a way to change amount in the same day.

Resolve Streamlined our Accounts Receivable

PROS

Resolve completely automated our onboarding process for new customers as well as issuing invoices. The advance feature was critical for cash flow.

CONS

No real cons to report. Being able to customize refund reasons would be nice, as well as a slightly streamlined onboarding process for new vendors.
