Salesforce B2B Commerce is the best ecommerce platform for managing and fulfilling online orders
We wanted an eCommerce platform to manage all our products for our online store, manage orders and returns, manage to ship, and retarget lost leads all in one place. The platform is great for B2B providing a B2C-like experience. Very easy to use and manage. Offers great reporting features.
PROSIt is a very straightforward platform with no complicated UX. Inventory tracking and management are the best within SF B2B Commerce. Customer support is truly exceptional, they go into detail and solve issues in no time. Great for designing an online store and providing personalisation to visitors. Truly exceptional at product catalogue and checkout process. Offers customizable reporting and analytics that helps businesses to understand the present and future for ROI and conversions.
CONSThe integration with another third-party application is complicated. Not the best shipping options available are present at the start unless you integrate with other applications. The high cost of implementation and monthly pricing is high, is a huge drawback.

Very powerful ecommerce platform
The platform provides a B2C-like experience to B2B organisations. Very efficient and easy to use and control. We wanted to manage all our online orders and increase the UX of our online store and Salesforce B2B commerce has made us convert very efficiently.
PROSSalesforce B2B commerce is a very powerful e-commerce platform which is very easy to use and manage. The reporting within the platform is highly customisable. The order process and management is very straightforward and to the point. Great features around the online storefront and designing the online store.
CONSThe only dislike from my side is the price of implementation and the overall cost of the platform, not recommended for small-sized businesses or startups.

-Excellent Multi-Channel support - Very user-friendly interface -Outstanding for processing orders and managing all inventory -Offers one of the best integration within the market -Great for managing all the product catalogs and managing content on the online store -Offers one of the best personalization -Great for upselling and cross-selling -Offers great features for targeting prospects that abandon the shopping cart
CONS-Does require a good amount of training to get started -It is pricey for small B2B organisations -Cost of implementation is high

Salesforce B2B Commerce Is The Best Platform To Use
It was initially very easy to set up and with all the online tutorials available it was easy and enjoyable setting up this software for our business.
PROSEverything is controlled in this platform for our business. We do not need to use any other cloud software as every feature we need for our business can be found within Saleforce. Most employees are familiar with Saleforce already so it makes it very easy when new employees come and work for us.
CONSI can honestly say I do not have any cons regarding this software.
Reason for choosing Salesforce B2B Commerce
Salesforce is the industry standard software and we wanted to use a software that was used by most employees so it would be easy for them with the on boarding experience.

Salesforce is a good b2b crm
The software allows me to drill through and qualify prospects and leads at a very good pace. It allows me to identify all of them into categories for effective marketing and time management
CONSManually linking contacts to individual opportunity locations can create admin problems when dealing with same company name chain locations

eCommerce integrated well with your CRM
Its part of salesforce CRM, which makes it customer service and commerce made integrated, data flow between the system got easy.
CONSIt is combination of pieces from different salesforce clouds together forming the commerce. It borrows components from Order management, CPQ and experience cloud.
