I want to say the customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced. I'm not a web designer so they are so patient with me as I try and understand something. Many times I've given them a login so they can go in and do whatever it is they need to do to make a feature work.

There are so many reasons why I like the bundle. The order form is very clear and simple. On products that the customer is required to order more than one it auto populates it in the cart. I like being able to have custom customer roles and being able to hide certain products from a group of roles. Most importantly it keeps my inventory correct. For example each time a product is purchased be it from a retail customer or wholesale customer it deducts from the inventory count. This was the actual reason I switched over from Shopify as I had to purchase an app that didn't always work then my inventory count was off from my actual inventory on hand.

I would like a broad search for customers. Seldom do I remember their business name or email and the way my business is set up, I need to see if there are other wholesale customers in certain locations. If I could search by city, state or zip code then I would know if I already have someone in that area. I would also like a drag and drop feature for the wholesale registration form. It would be so much easier than the number system now.

Ever since we switched our website over to Wholesale Suites, we have had an increased volume of traffic because the products with prices are so easy for both Wholesale and Retail customers.

Wholesale Suite is the easiest way to set up the products they allow me to create a single product but have both Wholesale and Retail prices. The program also enables the retail customer only to see the retail prices and the wholesale customer must enter their secure ID and PW. I previously tried other programs that required creating the same product two times, one for wholesale and one for retail; this was a total waste of time. Again I am sold on Wholesale Suite

As a small business being able to sell wholesale and retail through one site is a huge admin advantage. You don't want wholesale products or prices to be readily visible and hence for me this has been perfect.

An excellent solution for Wordpress and woocommerce users wanting sell both wholesale and retail without creating two websites. It's always integrated well with other plugins and the Flatsome theme. The trio in the suite work well with the ability to automatically register and sell wholesale products. The wholesale side of our business selling to independent retailers has grown year on year using this software. As all wordpress users know keeping up to date with multiple plugins is always problematic, but I've never had any problems with compatibility.

If you are looking for a system in your WordPress website to cater for wholesale clients then this should be your go to plugin. There are many options in the suite to accommodate for all the things you need. As well as give you more options for those things that you might not have thought of, but are useful to the benefit of your business.

The software is simple and straightforward to install. There are many options in the package so you are sure to get it working as you need it to. Making this integrated into the standard WooCommerce backend makes the software familiar before you start using it. And the customer service is great. If there are any question on how things work and how to use them in your store.

The only thing that comes to mind is perhaps having some video demos so that we can figure out what the options do in the system.

This plugin allowed us to build a complex e-commerce in multiple language and currency. It integrated very well with Woo Multistore and wpml

We will love if the developer allowed us to set a fixed wholesale price for each currency. At the moment, the conversion for wholesale prices in other currencies will use the exchange rate set in WPML. Our site use fix rate and not auto conversion.

I love the product and the support is really fast, even though they literally sit on the other side of the earth.

Separating Consumers from Wholesellers when it comes to pricing, product quantity, shipping and payment service, Wholesale Suite delivers more then the competitors per invested dollar.

We are also using the plugin All import pro and All export pro. These plugins are not 100% compatible when importing new values. But maybe this is more a problem to solve for All import pro.

Our client needed a wholesale solution for their WooCommerce store and it had to be compatible with Aelia Currency Switcher for multi-currency stores. This solution is hands down the best option, and works really great.

In the early days there were a few bugs - the catalog mode in particular was slow - but they have resolved those and it works really great.

It's a great, straightforward wholesale plugin that does the job we needed effectively. The regular updates and tips from the developer are really useful too to help grow the ecommerce website.

The ability to control lots of features is great with this software. The lead generation form is a really nice addition to get wholesalers to sign up before approving them.

Wholesale Suite is by and large one of the best plugins you can get for your WooCommerce store. Even if you didn't consider it before, this is the all-in-one solution you need to increase those wholesale orders.

If you use WooCommerce you understand both the flexibility of the platform but also the needs that arise for unique solutions. Wholesale Suite identified the need for wholesale order management and selling through WordPress and they did it FLAWLESSLY! Seriously, we have an entire WS business because of this plugin.

What's not to love? The support is tremendous and they even have an active Facebook community of shop owners just like you and me.

The software is working great. The only suggestion I can give is to scale up customer support so that their is better coverage across different timezones.

It was fairly easy to configure and implement for a website that had already been using WooCommerce for a while. Their documentation included some more advanced options that helped ease the process of including some less-than-common use cases.

I ended up using quite a few other plugins to fill out our desired functionality (this was a couple years ago, though).

Easy to set up with the help of my developers and packed with a lot of features, integrates with our existing store and very extendable. Our wholesale network has been really pleased with the new system and it is helping to increase sales and reduce workload. Support is first class and all interactions with the company have been enriching.

We had some teething issues but these were mostly due to our theme files. I would like to see it easier to manage products and prices as it all gets a little confusing with variation products, this is as much a Woo/WP issue as this plugin.

It's great to be able to set different price tiers for users.

I would love to see it be able to integrate with inventory management systems like Cin7. At present using custom ways to automatically push changes made in Cin7 to Wholesale suite/WooCommerce

I own a jewellery design and wholesale company, and also own a physical retail shop. With this software it is easy to accept orders from my wholesale customers (with specific transport and pricing requests) as well as from my retailcustomers. (with other specific transport and pricing requests)
