We have been using this for awhile now and love it's use and that it's very user friendly. We backup and restore all of our images using Acronis and haven't been disappointed.

A best backup software with universal restore for servers and workstations.

It is Reliable, cost effective and has many useful options to backup and restore mission critical data. Acronis Backup plans are very easy to configure.

Syncing is too responsive. Good Customer Service, great design.

I like how easy and quick it is to make an image of a computer. I also REALLY like the universal restore feature, this is great for restoring a system on dissimilar hardware.

I do find that the error messages are hard to decipher if/when a backup is unsuccessful.

Integration with the existing system is easy, easy to use. Acronis customer support is always there when we need.

This platform works great for office 365 eco system back-ups. There are no data caps and it's very include of all items in office 365.

You can easily integrate Google Workspace and Microsoft365 into the platform and have a tree view of all your shared folders and email accounts.

The backups can even be converted into a virtual machine via detours and integrated in Virtual Box, which allows you to try everything without risk. All in all a must have for me.

It works - and is easy to use. You can setup a backup schedule and let it run in the background.

Did have some issues with Ubuntu, but it was due to problem with Linux itself.

Sometimes, when doing cold backup this software does not recognize my external hard drive. There are also times when mounting a backup as a drive takes a few attempts which could be frustrating.

You can do many types of backup like incremential backup and split it in many files to make it easier to transfer it.

Universal restore is the best I like in this application. It can be restored to any new hardware without any headache.

The possibility to restore the backup also on changed hardware or to integrate own drivers round out the whole still.

Good product but room for improvement of the customer service.

It has a nice multi-tenant feature so I can manage multiple client through once pool of storage. No per device or user licensing costs is very nice.

What I like most about Acronis Backup is its excellent capacity to securely backup and quickly retrieve files and its simplicity to use as it is easily tailored to all kinds of customers.

It was very reasonably priced, and it has proven to be such a good tool that I can recommend it to my customers.

Not having them on site and having to download from the internet can be a pain especially if we needed a quick backup or the lost of data happens before the backup kicks in.

Recently tried using the tool again to push Hubspot data to a Google Sheet and the tool kept freezing.

The scheduled importing via ftp is very useful for us and the ability to be flexible and customize the imports that we do has been a huge boost to our company.

Your tool is very intuitive and easy to learn.

Also, I'm confident that all my transferred data is protected as Skyvia keeps backed up data in secure Azure GRS storage in an encrypted form.

I like that the user interface is both powerful and simple. There is no need to write a code or read tonns of documentation.

If you're not familiar with how to setup a new task, it can be a little tricky to get it right your first time. But aside from that, no other cons at all that I can think of.

The worst customer support. If you have an issue it will usually won't be addressed with an email for at least 24 hours.

Skyvia helped me to back up data from our Dynamics CRM system easily and I don't worry anymore about data security as I know that everything is stored in a cloud and it's safe.

I had some difficulties setting up the integration, as not everything was clear at first, but when I finished I got just what I needed. Integration worked perfectly.

Our needs were covered by free Skyvia plan. This is amazing but I am willing to pay for such a nice tool.

So for each load we need an additional step for linking those 2 objects together. As Skyvia populates the fields of different objects at the same time, and sometimes this produces errors.

It's a very stable platform and very easy of use. We've been using Skyvia since a couple of years, and the support team is also fantastic.

We sometimes have difficulty uploading the payments and allocations when linked together.

Everything that the product is meant to do. Improper error messages.

Overall, Skyvia had an excellent and really easy interface. I also like the big list of supported cloud connectors.

We solved the problem - so everything is ok for us. Nothing to say about dislikes.
