Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love that the interface is extremely easy to use, as well as it's reliability. Having the ability to go back months or years to grab a file from a long departed employee is incredibly helpful.
- I like its ease of deployment and use during backup and restore. It is very affordable, especially for educational institutions.
- Good way to solve gsuite backups with nice UI and functionality for great price.
Cons
- The user interface is one hot mess. There's nothing intuitive about it, it still contains elements from the old version, and I avoid using it except when absolutely necessary.
- This was helpful for team members that were no longer with the company but periodically we need to access their old emails. Now, we have to pay to keep the accounts open longer.).
Pros
- G-suite support was outstanding, I was able to create my domain and website seamlessly, customer service is supportive and available to guide you through every step.
- The Gsuite is very easy use and offers a good amount of features. Implementation and use was simple and I am very impressed with how helpful using this was to my productivity and day-to-day.
- This software is a flexible and innovative solution for people and organizations that want to grow. Inside are productivity and collaboration tools, perfect for all ways of working.
Cons
- Terrible layouts, and awful (dangerously poor) support. Hard to access support and when you do they do more harm than good-do not trust that they know what they are doing.
- The biggest issue I have with GSuite is it's terribly confusing to figure out how to log in if you have multiple Gmail accounts.
- Frustrating "enhancements" that miss the mark and leave you scratching your head as to why Google didn't foresee the obviously omission or weakness.
