Customer support was easy to deal with. Updates delivered automatically. #### Cons Initial configuration was a bit convoluted and documentation could use more detail and clarification. Support by chat is usually very responsive, though again, first responses are typically to send links to existing documentation that doesn't clearly provide the answer. It is easy to use, reliable, and their customer support has been great! I had also used Backblaze for file based backup, and for roughly the same per-seat price I now get image based backup! Switching to Cove Data Protection was one of the best "stack provider" decisions I have made. #### Cons I do not like the "platform fee", which significantly increases the per-endpoint fee once it is added in. It is not necessarily that I don't like it, I really just don't like how during the sales process they can provide you with a per seat fee, but once you add the platform fee in that raises it to your true cost per seat. Kind of feels a bit sketchy and I almost backed out of the deal because of it. #### Reasons for switching to Cove Data Protection Backblaze was file based only. This is great, but some clients needed image based. I get to choose which one I want with Cove Data Protection.
