I had an issue relating to 32\\64bit version. The support person stayed with us and demonstrated an uncanny willingness to get to the bottom of the issue. That willingness made the difference in the end. I would have been unable to use the program otherwise! I don't end up with various editions of the file, instead I get perfect copies/backups in as many locations as I choose. Cons: The program has the option to detect USB storage, Dropbox, and Google Drive as destinations; it would be nice to have this feature for OneDrive.
