  • Love the overall ease of the software the customer service is great and my representative was amazing when he came to the salon to introduce himself such great customer service.
  • Easy to use my clients love it I love it and most of all I love the little Booksy icon.
  • Everything is always easy and taken care of. Booksy appreciate their customers and thats why i appreciate them.
  • Cons

  • So BEWARE OF THIS APP AND THE CHARGES. I have tried to erase my bank information and all other personal information, it will not let me erase my information.
  • This wouldn't fall under the category of dislike necessarily.
  • Customers can give review even if they did not turn up and the customer service [SENSITIVE CONTENT] WILL TELL YOU THEY WONT REMOVE IT AND THREATEN YOU.

  • I have been so pleased with the whole process of using the maintenance care system. It has completely transformed my work and work place for the better.
  • We have found support to be both helpful and responsive when we needed help. Once the maintenance scheduling gets built, it helps keep us on task.
  • Perfect tool for the task. Great experience and ease of use.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes we have to leave a task as pending as we have parts on order or other, but they have no way of being notified that we've been there, temporarily fixed it and ordered parts.
  • The usability of the app (there is no way to search)Also, no way for 3rd parties to search the request look-up page list.
  • Maintaining over 850,000 square feet with a staff of 40 had proven to be difficult without a CMMS system.
