  • Pros

  • They were awesome then and they are awesome now. Intuitively easy to use and set up so no long staff trainings needed.
  • I cannot always get to the phone and I don't miss new clients when they can book directly online. The other nice thing is the customer review integration.
  • Cons

  • There are very very occasional errs, People receive wrong time on their reminders.
  • This can be frustrating for the customer/patient and be a bad look for the owner.

  • Hands down the most outstanding customer service.
  • I used fresha and I had so much support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN. He was truly amazing and patient with me , always answering my questions.
  • Cons

  • M out of my policy no show fee and I’ve lost an hour of my time with production.
  • Except on the website it says it’s included in the 2.29% plus $0.20 per transaction fees. M already very upset at the delay only to hear about these extra costs.
