Cons: Doesn’t easily show cancelled appointments instantly… for some reason they only show after the appointment date that has been cancelled, you have to find them in reports which makes it a long process. Would like a daily notes area for each stylist . And would like to be able to amend prices of bills prior to check out… eg add a discount at time of booking. When transactions are voided it would be expected that loyalty points and account balances return to previous as well but this seems to have to be manually returned to previous…. Which again you have to remember to check!!
