Pros/Cons
Pros
- Awesome importing of Amazon information, and organizing the chart of accounts before hand. Easyish interface to navigate, some good graphs and great organization of payment periods.
- I liked how easy it was to set up, I'm really new to this and found it super easy to get started. Also their customer support was fabulous when i did need some help.
- The customer service has been excellent and the cost is unbeatable. We couldn't be happier with our experience so far and would highly recommend A2X to anyone looking for great accounting software.
Cons
- I dislike how the inventory is tracked and how negative invoices are posted.
- I may be one of the few people experiencing this problem due to my particular circumstances though.
- The chat bot can sometimes be irritating but that’s about it.
Pros
- The system has a clean interface, is user friendly, flexible, and does everything it promises for a good price.
- We are new to the software, but the staff is easy to reach (via email or chat) and the support is great. We synchronize into QBO and it is working beautifully.
- It is easy to use and straightforward to navigate through the sections required. It is a fantastic reference point for purchases and is great to compare previous years price on price.
Cons
- Too many errors after implementation of the software. Select a department when starting the request but the individual line item dropdown menus show another department.
- I can't think of anything that bothers me much.
- I really liked it at first but now as we come across more problems I'm really getting concerned. Why are there problems now nearly a year into implementation.
