Pros/Cons
Pros
- Great assistance from Altyrex - committed resources at no cost to help implement, train etc. A lot of willingness to help us 'prove' the business case - i.e. make a success of the pilot project.
- It is great for setting up workflows that help us organize, reformat and clean up data we use in other applications and exports.
- Very useful to automate manual workflows with repetitive tasks. Python Integration helps to ease out the process.
Cons
- Nothing much I dislike, the only thing I disliked is that we have to use visual tool to view data every time, that slows the running time of the workflow.
- Costly license limits the use. Requires training for getting used to it.
- Perhaps having a pop up to show where the error lies in your work.
Pros
- Best thing ever if you are doing any type of research whether it's just for fun, a project or something for work its great for everything. Completely free and it's very easy to use.
- Overall we've been really happy. Considering that it's free, and integrates with everything, and lets a non-technical founder like myself get something up and running quickly, it's amazing.
- Its easy to integrate to your digital marketing assets, have lots of supporting documentation for help, a strong user community and full features for free.
Cons
- The major downside for me is the lack of user support. It's difficult to get an answer (or atleast a quick answer) to issues with Analytics which can be frustrating.
- It has a pretty bad UI/UX. Its feels horrible to navigate and is a chore to implement it, we need a specialist only to set it up so everyone can get the data.
- I followed a detailed step-by-step tutorial to set up Google Analytics. But even after repeating the whole process to exclude any possible mistakes, it is not working for me.
