Support team was very helpful and always willing to help. Despite all the specifications we needed, they customized the specs and functionalities to meet our requirements.

Software use is really easy trough APPSeConnect portal, where I can see all that I can manage. Its a very good software.

Relatively easy to use once you get the hang of back end admin. Has additional bi-directional feeds we hope to use in future.

The integration is great and clean. Appseconnect help us to lunch our complicated store online with the integration between SAPB1 and Magento2.

There is not a great notification system when it comes to errors. I can't get real time error warnings.

Bamboo is a great way to see HR related announcements and data in one central place. For someone who likes details, this software is great.

Obviously you can contact their great customer service team but this usually isn’t needed thanks to its simplicity and great clean layout.

Easy to integrate with other ATS & Payroll tools. Employee asset management is also fairly decent and does the job.

I like it, It's a nice system, and it does its job well. I would like to test out the ATS integrations further.

We had a terrible experience with the payroll feature. In particular, with the time keeping piece.

This is just a minor inconvenience though and ensures that mistakes are less likely.

My company is growing rapidly, so it’s nice to search and see a photo to their name and title.

Horrible interface, difficult to use. Also, getting any information about the candidate was difficult to find.

BambooHR has a nice interface to publish job opportunities, other than its native features of HR/team management.

The dashboard can be confusing at times and can be hard to find your exact document.

The people and how they cant help with any misunderstandings but instead cancel your account and destroy the company that you worked so hard on. Garbage un hearted people.
