Highly recommend utilizing Asana for effortless team and project management!
I highly recommend Asana, I am constantly setting it up when clients aren't using a project management platform or if someone is starting out working freelance on projects it's such a great way to have a dashboard for your virtual office.
PROSI really love how productive it can help you, seeing the different aspects of each task and knowing where you're at in the process, as well as how you can manage your content and work as a team has been an essential aspect of my scaling in my business.
CONSThere are aspects of the platform I'd like to utilize but being budget aware I am not able to do this yet because of financial obligations and it would be nice to have access to the features even in a limited way.
Reason for choosing Asana
The ease of use in combination with cost was how I ended up choosing Asana.
Reasons for switching to Asana
I find Trello to be messy and confusing.

Due to the characteristics of the project and the strucutre of the team, Asana was the most suitable tool at that time.
Reasons for switching to Asana
Theorganization needed a tool that had more options to change the way the projects were organized and the way different tools can be integrated. Therefore, the needs of the team changes and we had to adapt.l

Great overall,it keeps me and my team organized helps to manage my projects better.
Overall, Asana is a great option for individuals or teams looking for a powerful project management tool that allows for collaboration, task prioritization, and multiple views. However, it may not be the best choice for users who need a highly customized or cost-effective solution, or who are looking for a tool with fewer notifications
PROSUser-friendly interface: Asana has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to use for individuals or teams.Collaboration: Asana is designed for collaboration and allows teams to work together on tasks, projects, and deadlines.Multiple views: Asana offers multiple views, such as list, board, and calendar views, which help users to organize and visualize their tasks and projects.Task prioritization: Asana allows users to prioritize tasks, assign due dates, and set reminders, which helps to keep them on track.Integration: Asana integrates with other popular tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, and more, making it easier to manage projects and tasks in one place.Mobile app: Asana has a mobile app for both Android and iOS, which allows users to access their tasks and projects on-the-go.
CONSSteep learning curve: Asana can be overwhelming for first-time users, and it may take some time to learn how to use all the features.Limited customization: Asana does not offer a lot of customization options, and users cannot customize the app's color or layout.Pricing: While Asana offers a free version, many features are limited, and users need to pay for premium features, which can be costly for teams with multiple members.Performance issues: Some users have reported performance issues with the app, such as slow loading times and occasional crashes.Notifications: Asana sends a lot of notifications, which can be overwhelming for some users.Limited integrations: While Asana does integrate with some popular tools, it may not integrate with all the tools that some teams use.

Good Startup Project Management Tool
It was a very good tool to use, highly user friendly, quite effective and very visually attractive. This tool is great for startups in my opinion and the price is fair for the features it has.
PROSI like how user friendly it is, the aesthetics (looks), it's very neat and colorful at the same time, it provides a good option for organization and I think it's a good tool for startups, it makes planning, task assignment, tracking and registering much easier.
CONSI think the software is amazing but it lacks some features seen on more robusts tools such as Zoho Projects, still, this tool can integrate with other small tools that can give you access to Gantt Charts or timelines, etc. The problem is you have to pay for those additional integrations.
Reason for choosing Asana
For the price and the features, when I tried the free version I felt much more comfortable with this tool than the others.
Reasons for switching to Asana
Because Excel can work but it's easier to get human errors due to the tool manipulation, the Asana features allow you to have a better control over what's been planned, it sends you alerts and allow you to tag users, chat with them directly over a task or a file, attach files to a specific task or subtask, which you can''t easily do in Excel, and also user interface is much better in Asana.

It was a very excellent experience
Distinguished experience over more than 3 years of daily use, it is easy to perform and organize tasks, the main interface is easy and simple and encourages work, I recommend it to everyone who has a company or work team, or even to anyone who likes to organize and wants to develop
PROSAsana is a highly organized, easy to use, website allows companies to include employees and organize departments and projects in a professional wayIt distinguishes the time, date of delivery, reviews, monitoring, and adding more than Collaborator to the task and projects, which makes it one of the best work platforms for companies and business owners.I liked the organization of tasks and task lists, as it facilitates the search for the task in its right place. I liked the ability to access different projects easily without the need to register for each project separately.
CONSthe only thing i like less is that we can't add more than one person to the "Assignee" at each task

Perfect product for daily project usage
The overall quality and price of the platform can easily compete with other popular applications and still saves you lots of money compared to competitors.
PROSThe UI and ease of use for all the people at the company is the best part, it’s customizable by a few clicks and everyone can understand how to take advantage of it easily.
CONSSome parts of platform needs to have more tutorials to be able to take full advantage, such as goals, dashboards , etc.

Asana on its way to be the best product for managing projects
Onboarding and getting started with Asana is very easy! I am working on gathering materials and documents to assist the rest of the team with onboarding and this is where Asanas community and support really shine. There is a need for some additional features that many teams need for basic project management and communication, but I have no doubts Asanas team is working on it!
PROSAsana has a fantastic community to help users find the best way to set up and find solutions for their business needs. The software is fairly intuitive and easy to use.
CONSAsana has a lot of growth and features that need to be added to make it a top management tool. Sometimes things that work in one area of the tool do not work in the same way as another which causes frustration. Additionally, there is not a whole lot of flexibility for customizations as one would think. For example, selecting all and clearing cells works in one view but not when creating templates. Or not being able to use the calendar and timeline views based on anything other than the due date, there's more to life than due dates.

Ideal for small business
Perfect if you have to manage situations that are not very complex and do not involve time management on several fronts. Simple and intuitive, with the possibility to create different categories of tasks for each project, assigning each one a collaborator and an expiration date, as well as a tag. For small projects it is excellent, on larger ones it becomes distracting
CONSThe inability to export the dashboard with all the tasks is a major limitation

Amazing Tool of Project Management
We have used this product for limited team members, the intuitive UI helps in engaging with the team but still we are learning the full usability of the software.
PROSFirst of all the User Interface is amazing. It is top-notch and easy to navigate UI. Collaboration with team is seamless sharing the files or assigning tasks all works flawless.
CONSThe learning curve is steep for the software; it needs some time to try all the features. It does not allow assigning tasks to more than one person or tracking time spent on tasks.

Asana-The Master of Agile Management
Overall very good experience with Asana. Specially the features available over Asana. I worked for one startup client and they were very much optimistic towards this software.
PROSTasks Management, Backlog Management, Status Tracking and ease to use all other features are main USP for Asana. Additional the integration of Asana with other collaborative tool makes agile teams tasks quite easy.
CONSPricing is the factor where Asana team can work. As mid-size companies are adoptive towards agile so they require a agile management tool which may available for reasonable price.

Great Baseline Project Management Software
Overall, we've been very pleased with Asana for our agency. While working remotely during the pandemic, it's been an invaluable resource to make sure our team is all on the same page across clients and projects. Custom fields, statuses, and comments have kept us all connected and allowed us to continue work just as if we were in the office together.
PROSI love Asana because of the easy to navigate interface, visual organization, and ability to create custom fields that allow my agency to get the most out of our project setups. The ability to perform advanced searches is invaluable to our team. We create reports based on those searches to allow us to better track progress on certain projects and initiatives.
CONSOne major pitfall of Asana is the "Template" feature. With their templates, you have to create an entirely new project within a team in order to use a template you've created, drag the tasks to an existing project, and delete the new project you just made. It's essentially rendered this feature more of a hassle than a help. We would love to have the ability to choose a template and insert it into an existing project with ease. Also, a simple task template would be helpful, so that for routine tasks you perform for different clients, you could go to templates, tasks, and apply just ONE task to an existing project.
Reasons for switching to Asana
Function Point was clunky, disconnected, and difficult to navigate.

Asana for Digital Agencies
I solved the workload of every member of my team and the priority of each task. I was able to have a clear and open vision of the situation with each client and deliver their requests on time. It was very helful to us.
PROSI used Asana for 1-2 years while I was working on a Social Media Agency. It helped me a lot to organize my team. I was able to track all the tasks in their differents stages and also I could know the workload of every member of my team. Also I integrated Asana with my Gmail and created tasks from there, very easy and quickly.
CONSWhen I started using Asana, I had trouble copying and pasting images directly from the email body. Then when they achieved integration with Gmail, this was resolved. Also, email notifications were quite annoying until I learned how to disable them. Maybe they could add a feature to only send email notifications for important tasks.
Reason for choosing Asana
Because it was easier for the whole team to understand how it works. The visualization of the tasks is friendlier than the Trello cards.

Tracking my team and projects has never been easier!
With Asana, I'm able to easily track projects my team is working and on and where they are with completion. We live off of board view as that gives us a visual idea on what needs to be handled next and by whom. Clicking a box on the board and seeing what tasks have been completed gives me simple access to see who's accountable for things during a project and address any errors in the process. Asana has done an exceptional job also, with making things customizable so that it functions to our company standards and needs.
CONSThe only downfall is that I wish Asana had more options to integrate time tracking as we depend on that to bill our clients. So separating billable from non-billable hours is a must for my company.
Reasons for switching to Asana
Teamwork was just awful in what we were looking for. It wasn't custom enough and a lot of the terminology used in this platform was just not ideal to what we wanted. It was also unfortunate that support wasn't very responsive and helpful when Teamwork went down on us for 2 days. Might not seem like a big deal but 2 days is like 10+ project completion work for us and not even getting proper reasoning behind the "malfunction" was aggravating.

Asana a great work management tool
the overall experience of asana is very goo, its a well built and well designed system that I can imagine I will be using for a long time to come.
PROSone of the things that stands out to me as a designer, is intact the UI. love the colours and the features of the system. also its a nice touch adding in the little animations when tasks are completed
CONSthe only think I would say I sometimes have an issue with is the emails that I receive from the system. every now and then I will get an email that has a title but has no information about the overarching task, it would be very helpful if you could add in a parent task description or even an excerpt to just to give you some relevance to what the ticket is about
Reason for choosing Asana
although Jira is a very robust system the ui wasn't very appealing and for the office it cos a lot more to implement
Reasons for switching to Asana
I like the cards design in troll however it very quickly got out of hand with the amount of tickets we had on the go at the same time

Asana Makes Projects Easy
Using Asana has been simple and effective. It has been very easy to manage the day to day, mid range & long term tasks that I need to stay on top of. Asana's user-friendly & intuitive interface has made it a welcome addition to my workflow management!
PROSThe thing I like most about Asana is the ease with which you can update a task. Asana has a very simple & intuitive interface. It was very easy to update the tasks, create new tasks, make notes, etc., all from the home screen.
CONSI have been using the free version, so not all features are available to me. I would like be able to create multiple projects, but I think that is available in the paid version. For now, and for what I've been using the program to assist with, I don't have any cons about Asana.
Reason for choosing Asana
I liked the user interface and the ability to quickly update tasks. Plus I had used the paid version and it seemed all the same features were available on the free version of Asana, so I made the switch. To me, if I upgrade to the paid version, it DEFINITELY seems more powerful than Todoist.
Reasons for switching to Asana
The last task manager I used was Todoist, but I hadn't used it for some time. I had a friend recommend Asana to me, and he gave me a tour of the product. After that it was easy. Asana was the choice for me!
