It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

The ability to switch a project from columns to lists to calendar with ease. The customer service is incredible.

Great task-management software at an affordable price - JIRA is a great solution for a small business.

Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful,  having multiple metrics about the project progress.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Customer service is outstanding. Great for companies to use as a ticketing system for logging issues, creating tasks and projects etc.

Overall experience is very nice with jira because of it's inclusive price & good features.

I love the integration with bitbucket because I can relate commits, pull requests and branches to an amount os cards on Jira, what is great for maintenability as well as for management.

Helps categorize, filter, share issues with great ease. There are so many good features that I love, it's hard to list over a review.

The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.

Also the issue tracking system is awesome. I used other service desk solutions in the past but Jira is best among them.

It's great to have a single place where we can document epics/features/stories/tasks. It's a great integration with third-party tools like Git.
