- It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.

- Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.
- We've had developers tell us that they hate JIRA because everything is just too confusing.
Pros
- Look and Feel of Reports is good from viewing perspective. Configuring Reports is easy for most reports.
- Whether you need simple website data, PPC ad data, or data from your remote database, Zoho Analytics can do it. And I love how beautiful the reports are.
Cons
- Number of users is limited for various slabs. Limitation on number of email addresses while scheduling reports is restricted which makes report sharing cumbersome with larger groups.
- The UI is not very intuitive, and very clustered which makes it hard to use. Hard to understand why things were not working the way they were expected to.
