BI Office is a business intelligence suite from Pyramid Analytics that is geared toward small, midsized and enterprise-level companies. It is a scalable solution that supports predictive statistics, including linear regression and outlier detection (data sets that vastly differ from the remaining data in the sample), as well as prescriptive and predictive analytics.

This platform features a security model that provides role-based, content and data security. It provides an internal social networking platform, where discussions can be set to run using group- or role-based security restrictions. It also integrates with third party social networks, including Jive, Yammer and Chatter.

Visual data discovery capabilities include spatial and location analytics, with interactive global mapping capabilities that allow users to analyze geography-specific data, down to the street level.

Deployment options include on-premise and SaaS (Software as a Service). This solution is compatible with mobile devices. Perpetual license pricing is on a per named-user basis, while subscription pricing is on a per user per month basis, though payments are made quarterly or annually.
