BuzzBoard is a cloud-based business intelligence tool that analyzes business data to produce business profiles within a user’s target market and generate potential leads. BuzzBoard offers dashboards and scorecards, data mining, online analytical processing and report writing. It is suitable for small and midsize businesses across all industries.

BuzzBoard helps users to create profiles of businesses that include data on a business’s product offerings and the tools they are currently using. Users can review the tools each business currently has to identify potential gaps in product offerings. Each opportunity is scored based on a range of factors including business size and potential readiness to purchase new products.

BuzzBoard also offers consumer, market and industry reports which help users supplement pitch decks with data for prospects. Users can also receive alerts to changes in customers' businesses.

Subscription and per-seat pricing is available. Support is offered over the phone, via chat and email.

Great tool for engaging in clients

Pros

This platform helps businesses that are new, growing and wanting to engage prospects. This will help target clients.

Cons

If you're not into data and understanding what drives sales etc. This is not a software for you. It's going to help you understand the whys.

Pretty cool tool

Pros

The software gives you a good understanding of what's going on with your website and web traffic as well as competitors. That's a really nice thing to be able to do.

Cons

Hard to verify the accuracy of its formulas. However some things are facts and nice when you can rely on those data points.

A simplified Salesforce

Pros

Buzzboard provides a very good funnel for you to drive more sales using data science which is rather efficient.

Cons

You will feel that at times, Buzzboard can cost more than the value it brings you and your company. It gets a little getting used to and will take you time to understand how everything works.

Great Product For Marketing Development

Pros

Great intergration with well know tools, like SalesForce! BuzzBoard is super easily to setup and use!

Cons

Vwey ,very ua useful tool in preparing research levels of product information and even prospoals.

Pros

Everything. . It's awesome, amazing software !! I can also easily access from Salesforce and can create proposals when needed as an option.

Cons

Mobile app is complicated whereas deatop is much easier. I also had trouble being able to make copies from mobile phone on the mobile app particularly .

Great Software - use it daily

Pros

the overall quality is pretty good and its very easy to sue and setup. there are a few features that could use some improvement but overall pretty solid.

Cons

I think customer service was a bit weak i knowledge but overall response to my problem was quick , it took them time to sort out the issues .

I find that the SEM data is very inaccurate as well as the mobile or responsive design evaluation.

Software makes easy track lot of digital information in one location.

Helps with understanding a particular business and their competition.

Pros

It's quick and easy to use and displayed in a way that's easy for our clients to understand.
It reports about a given company that gives one a comprehensive report of their Digital Representation.

Cons

Software is slow.
Information is sometimes inaccurate.
there are a lot of extra steps while building presentations that make it more difficult than it should be.

Positive Energy in team with Information.

The information the product gave us generated many leads and it is helping the organisation to grow. We have a customer friendly interface in the buzzboard. I hope it comes up with new things soon.

Pros

I like the ease of use the best about Buzzboard. It's super user friendly and provides a wealth of information. It's especially helpful in creating a pipeline. I have set up for one of my team to use it and there are positive vibes about the product.

Cons

Not good android experience, It would be nice if there were a little more in depth information on spending levels. I have to make that information for myself using the data.

A great tool that impresses clients and prospects. Helps business identify online problems areas.

Pros

Quick and ease of use. Buzzboard takes some of the ease out of doing a needs assessment when you first meet with a client.

Cons

Although this is a very helpful tool sometimes there are errors. For instance the report may say a prospect doesn't have a facebook page when they actually do.

Pros

Good range of features and solid selection of KPIs. Competitor report can be useful for those not tech savvy.

Cons

clunky, awkward to navigate at times. Adding competitors manually is slow, needs multi window functionality to help save time. Not very useful for multi location business. Can review individual locations but would really like to group all into 1. Could benefit from draawing in display advertising, text ads and also GMB images

what I enjoy about the platform is the information starts the conversation with a potential client

Pros

Overall display of data is user friendly for even the most unsophisticated user. Also enjoy the pre-load intro letters that a client can receive, again to get the conversation started.

Cons

competitive mix is not "industry" specific so needs to be revised frequently. Also does not seem to pull paid search data if the program is run by a 3rd party.

Secondly, still the program struggles at times to actually find a clients website data or business so forces "manual" loading of all information.

Pros

I like that you are able to compare one website with its competitors. It is very helpful to compare our ranking with others in the market and industry.

Cons

I wish there was more detail in the optimization scoring such as how they pull this information and ways to better rank.

Software is easy to learn, full of data to share with client and where holes may be, icebreaker

prospects lists, verticals to go after, scoring system to help identify the lower hanging fruit

Pros

Gives a good starting piece to make an appointment and share with client some holes they have. If they have these holes what others do you have as well and this is a great opening to do a Q&A and uncover more needs.

Cons

Sometimes the data is not always accurate. Sometimes I have had people say they have mobile and the report says they don't. It shows they don't have PPC/Adwords but they do.

I love the competitor reports. Thanks

Cons

The Menu still needs some refining as simple things like where you can type in the fields etc.
The alignment of the typical phone numbers to the Australian phone number listings would be great.
Also the need to be able to add more Australian directories would be great, thanks

Just how in-depth this program is. I love that it truly gives me an advantage over my competition. Not only does it educate me, but it informs my customers as well.

Cons

It's not a big issue, but sometimes it can't "add prospect" using just the website given. Have to enter it manually most of the time

Getting Better

Pros

Proposal Tool and ROI calculator are my favourite tools. I have had some success with the competitor report and will continue to use that to get my way in the door.

Cons

No Home Page
UX needs massive work
No ability to remove components in reporting
Still a lot of work to do.
