Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The pros are the ease of use. The information I can use, and the format it is displayed on. I love that I can email the report to the prospect, I know if they read it, all around a great product.

  • I like the addition of the expanded account repository and the prospecting tool. All efficient and strategic additions are welcome.

  • Cons

  • The UI is a bit laggy and sometimes glitchy, but that is understandable considering the amount of processing involved. As long as you have a little patience it is not a dilemma.

  • There are times when the system glitches. It's not often, but has happened on occasion. Train your sales staff to be patient when this happens and you will be fine.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, well known. The always on feature was a great addition to the product.

  • Great intellisense Easy to use Good user interface

  • Cons

  • The only Con is that there are free tools like Postgresql that are also great, but they are not quite as slick as Sql Server.

  • You will come across error messages every once in awhile when performing tasks, however they are usually easy fixes.
