Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the addition of the expanded account repository and the prospecting tool. All efficient and strategic additions are welcome.

  • I like the graph that instantly shows the colors and scoring of each area that is graded with a 0-100 --it's a good snapshot.

  • Cons

  • It could use some refining. There seems to be issues sometimes with the data and accuracy. Other than that, its great!

  • Prospecting for new leads takes some hands-on time to maneuver efficiently, but this may be a user issue.

  • Pros

  • A very high-class product. Integration with other systems is great. The system can analyze a lot of information from many systems at the same time.

  • The product is neat and simple to use with a great customer support

  • Cons

  • Learning is slow. Initially, it takes time to understand the reports and pattern it finds out of the log. But it's worth learning it.

  • As a student I think price is high, but I think value for money is good.
