Pros/Cons
Pros
- These charts are so easy to use and have a beautiful display. The multitude of uses and styles make this the perfect charting software in the world.
- I love the ease with which it can be integrated in the project without a lot of reading through the API and its general beautiful look.
- This tool offers me and the users a great experience with stunning animation and interactivity.
Cons
- But these issues are not critical. We can see many errors in the browser error console.
- I can't think of anything I have been dissatisfied with.
- Pushing datapoints using typescript can cause some minor problems but these issues can be my fault in programming.
Pros
- Visually impressive, and easy to use interface. Best suited for power users to drag/drop dimensions and create their own versions of dashboards.
- The overall purpose of this software is super awesome and I think the goals and points if applied right make a lot of sense. This would be so helpful in the business setting if it was easier to use.
- One of the most useful and professional data visualization tools in the market. You can create beautiful and informative charts easily, as long as you have reliable data quality.
Cons
- This error code keeps popping up "Bad Connection: Tableau could not connect to the data source. No such table" when we switch between worksheets.
- It is difficult to navigate and get started on the platform. Requires some training before you can be let loose on the platform and create your own reports.
- The support we pay for is almost worthless. We frequently solve the problem ourselves and it is time consuming to submit everything via their helpdesk with nothing to show for it.
