What we like most about this software is the ease of use and administration. The administration footprint is minimal, the setup and deployment was intuitive and rapid.

Ability to easily sync with our company's database.

The integration with our on-prem AD to O365 for Cirasync is absolutely amazing. We can add and remove users at a touch of a finger.

It's so easy to setup and create contacts from data in Azure AD and push copies to users. Support team is amazing for years so responsive.

We looked around at various solutions. CircaSync was the best technical solution but it was almost cost-prohibitive for our company due to the 10 minimum licence requirement.

My overall experience with Cirasync has been fantastic.

I like that I can sync my iOS and Android devices to my company directory. It is very easy to setup groups and then manage them as well.

We used to have to manually add the contacts for everyone before we had CiraSync. Once we implemented it those problems were now gone.

Must be associated with a personal account, it will not use a MDM style account. If sync is lost you must start from scratch.

It is somewhat confusing to navigate through the portal.

CiraSync solved our problem with getting O365 contacts on our iphones. Their support team is amazing.

Main business problems for using Tableau are analyzing metrics for daily operations, specifically failure rates and tracking completion.

There are some limitations (eg. email alert layout is extremely limited, you can only drag the date range filter as opposed to selecting dates). Some of our dashboards load very slowly.

There are great visuals right out of the box, and very clever interactions that allow you to drill down.

Great at helping us understand our clients better and using data more effectively.

Overall a high value application, with planty of options and gave me an excellent solution for a costum dashboard.

I for one use it to visualize our budget spend and how we're doing. It helps when creating presentations, no likes looking at numbers.

Tableau does lack functionality and is hard to use. There are scaling issues.

Tableau is one of the best business intelligence tools available in the market. The visual interface is really good and easy to use.

I loved the graphics and the ability to integrate large amounts of data. It gives tutorials right in the application so you can get assistance.

The support we pay for is almost worthless. We frequently solve the problem ourselves and it is time consuming to submit everything via their helpdesk with nothing to show for it.

If one is really skilled with the tool, complex visualizations can be created. I was thrilled to see a new feature that connects tables and was released in 2020, called noodles.

It is difficult to navigate and get started on the platform. Requires some training before you can be let loose on the platform and create your own reports.

In addition, there are large amounts of libraries of visualizations that you can use as inspiration (a great online community).
