Simple to use and administrator friendly. CloudM Migrate is a great migration tool to save valuable time and efforts during complex migrations.

CloudM Migrate allows us to move our customer's mail, calendar and contacts easily and effectively. We have been through several migrations and all have been a big success.

Easy to use and setup, sales support and technical support is good.

The ease of use and great user interface make this one of the best pieces of software to use for cloud migrations.

I guess it had to do with G-Suite labels but it did cause us real headaches. There was no warning about this.

Navigating the pricing is easy and the implementation of using the software is even easier. The different settings make the configuration very straight forward.

CloudM did the migration in an awesome time and with statistics.

There was a problem migrating folders with just folders at the root level. Without at least 1 document at the root of a folder, none of the sub-folders would migrate.

The Dojo community forum, user groups and annual Domopalooza are all great resources that allow customers to network and share ideas.

My overall experience has been frustrating. Customer service always replies initially, but never again after that.

It has been great and my team and I really enjoy working with it.

Customer service reps are very pleasant and helpful. The UI and all info on dashboard is great - all info is in real-time too.

Domo has cut the distance between themselves and Tableau, but they still have not surpasses them.

While it is a great program for taking data from multiple sources and making useful charts, the cost can be extremely prohibitive.

The support case has been open for nearly a month and has  just been escalated to someone that appears to know how to read the code I have been sending them to trouble shoot THEIR integration.

I really like how you can graphically present high-level data and then give users the ability to drill down to get the underlying data based on multiple parameters.

Think about how much data you have before you go and buy it. Unless you have a lot of info coming in, it's a waste of money.

Accordingly, the agreed POC project completely failed yet their sales/legal team tried to threaten & demand for a 3 year licensing fee.

It was a horrible experience from the start with a group of young men that had no business consulting.

Readily available on the desktop, laptop and mobile with all of the great features intact.

Domo makes a tedious part of the job a breeze. I love the features and it makes working with customers quick and efficient.

Domo gives you an extract of the information, and if you need to add filters, you perfectly can click on the expand option and add it. The data is easy to understand and analyze.

Once you get your head around it, the interface is powerful and intuitive although the learning curve is steep.

My experience so far has been very good. It provides the drill-down capability that isn't readily available with other applications.

It's incredibly powerful and allows any one (regardless of coding or data science background) the ability to create dynamic reports and complex data automations.

Reports are beautiful and can be customized in endless ways. Data integrations are numerous and allow companies to bring in data from a wide variety of sources.

So I wouldn’t classify this as a con, but if there is one thing that frustrates me, that’s it.

Very inuitive and visually appealing. Helps develop KPIs for management that is super helpful for decision making.

Small organizations may have a difficult time justifying the cost.

The ETL is pretty simple to learn. Implementation consultant (that's NOT DOMO) is pretty responsive, if you get a good company.

Great, our Analytics Team lives in DOMO and the output they provide is wonderful.

Various chart types and easy integration with current business processes were definitely a plus in navigating the software and completing projects on time or sooner than expected with great results.

Just a very tough tool to use and is very limited if not technical.

I like being able to check status of monthly revenue without having to go through our CRM system. Domo automatically imports all relevant information and summarizes it in one sheet.

Good product with lots of promise let down by the worse customer support I've ever experienced.
