Commercient Gets the Job Done
This app does what it needs to do. We sync our data between sage 100 and Salesforce. We have been up and running for a couple years now with minimal issues. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and response time is good. I would recommend this company if you are looking to sync data between salesforce and ERP.
CONSThe initial set up and development took longer than originally planned, and I would prefer the sync to be in real time versus every hour.

Great support but a forced selling strategy and misunderstanding of our needs.
Support has been great and the customer panel is easy enough to use. But, it feels like a lot of the cost goes towards too many uneccessary sales and marketing features, rather than focusing on the product itself. This is just based on experience with other third party vendors.
PROSThe support team working on the integration have been very pleasant to work with and very patient with all questions. They've been very attentative.We've only completed Phase 2 so far and I'm sure it will be the same.
CONSThe sales team were too pushy in selling the product without paying much attention to what we actually asked for and now we've up paying for more than we initially expected. Every single little request seems to be an 'Add-on' which seems unfair, given that we paid for the 'Set-up' phase. Understandly Commercient is a business that needs to make money, but the product feels quite misold. And the integration almost loses it's value with such minimal syncs per day. I also really don't like that all of the Sage tables are uploaded onto Salesforce ie. Sage 100, Sage 200 etc. Creatoing a package for each Sage product would look much better as a customer. It just clogs up our Salesforce instance.

Seemless integration of our P21 data to Zoho CRM
Easy to work with and very responsive.
PROSThe integration was fast. Validation of the data transfer was efficient.
CONSWill have some future work to do in order to join more tables so the data that is transferred is more valuable to the team.

We switched our CRM from TDF to Zoho and needed to migrate the Business System data as well.

Commercient saved our Sync
We attempted to integrate QuickBooks Enterprise with Salesforce with one of Commercient's competitors and it was a disaster. After months of work, we had to walk away because they could not get the job done.Commercient has a effective and efficient process. We had progress each time we met and when we ran into a snag, they had a solution within a reasonable period of time - usually is a day or two. We are currently running in Phase 1 for a few months mostly to get our Sales team comfortable with using Salesforce.Commecient saved us from walking away from a significant investment.
PROSThe integration with QuickBooks Enterprise is quirky. Commercient's plug and play sync with Salesforce ability allowed us to be up and reviewing data in a number of weeks. There were a couple of challenges, but after they understood what the problem was, where the data was located - they fixed the problem.
CONSLots of emails - both directly and through their helpdesk. It would help to only receive one email on an issue or a response

Hubspot - Sage 50
Without Commercient Syncs the business would be at risk with transferring information from one system to another. This could be time delayed and opens us up to risks of errors. It is critical that they sync is accurate and reliable to ensure our data is transferred correctly. It saves us time and is efficient.
PROSCommercient Sync allows seamless transfer of data between our CRM and Accounting software. no need for manual communication, it reduces risk of errors, is accurate and time efficient and reliable.
CONSIf there is a failed or unsuccessful sync for any reason we have to wait until the next day to sync the item again.

Effortless dependable Sync
Our implementation runs in the background, essentially it synchronizes our Syspro warehouse data, with our Salesforce CRM.This allows my sales staff to have up to date stock and pricing information at their finger tips at all times.It is a real time saver and helps our organization to come across as more professional and efficient than our competitors.
CONSI feel the service is not necessarily priced right for the amount of data we need to Sync, but I understand that there are features that we are not using.

Data Sync but the service is the difference

Commercient has been an affordable and easy to use system to keep our organization functioning at the highest level
PROSSet up was painless. Getting same day data into Salesforce allows us to follow up with customers and filter effectively.
CONSThere were a couple issues getting data into the right buckets when setting up the sync. Fixed quickly.

Update 3 years after using Commercient for GP -> Zoho sync.
UPD: 3 years later, we are giving our sales people tools to better quote products, find opportunities via sales data and answer customer historical sales questions, all in the field. This is all due to our ability to sync our ERP data with our CRM.
CONSJust wish I could do more with the tool.

Commercient Sync
I have been very impressed with the level of professionalism and their continuous outreach to make sure things are working as we expect.
PROSTo be honest, I don't deal much with the physical software but the fact that their sync tool does what it does reliably and at the times it is scheduled makes my life a whole lot easier.
CONSI can't think of any real drawbacks to the system. It has performed reliably since the day we employed the tool.

Sage100 Sync to SFDC
The capabilities to view and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
CONSThe biggest problem we have with this software is that there is a data dump of all of the potential ERP's and their fields populated into Salesforce. So when pulling reports, we find it difficult to determine the exact field to get the accurate data.

Great product and great support team! Great user interface for management

Great software! We renewed for another year!
It lets us sync our data between Salesforce and our ERP to make the most out of our data. Commercient has helped us with increasing sync times and speed for us to be able to operate batter. Because of how well it is working we are looking to add new modules to Salesforce to improve all communication with our clients and we will be using Commercient for the sync.
CONSThe initial set up was a little complicated due to the time difference us and the set up team but once we figured out the best times to reach each other it was all smooth sailing.

Commercient Sync
It has been good, it has worked very well since it was implemented a few years back.
PROSWe initially set up Commercient to sync Sage 100 to Salesforce, after the initial set up it has worked very well. We've had very few hiccups and the company has provided quick response to inquiries.
CONSWe used the software to connect Sage 100 to Salesforce, it works as intended so there isn't any negative side.

Easy solution to sync ERP and CRM
We've been using Commercient to sync our data between EPICOR ERP 10 and Salesforce since 2017. It seamlessly sync's our ERP data (customers, products, invoices, etc.) to Salesforce. For us, it really was set it and forget it. After the initial set up, the information syncs effortlessly.
CONSThe duplication tools (account matching) could be better.

Great product
Removed many menial tasks previously needed to be completed by a user. Now it is more automated and provides a smoother experience for our users. It has helped provide us with a greater picture of our data and greater insight to our invoices than previously thought.

It has been a pleasure working with Commericent on the integration of our ERP and CRM systems.
PROSThe success, application, and technical support teams have been extremely reliable in assisting with the integration. The Help Desk center streamlined timely support when needed.
CONSThe feature I liked least about Commercient SYNC was the Customer Guided Implementation (CGI).

A Solid Sync Service Which Increased Our Efficiency!
When I joined the team, Commercient was just being adopted to sync our ERP and CRM, the former being Acumatica and the latter being Salesforce. They have been very easy to work with and respond quickly to help tickets, often within no more than a couple of hours. We required some custom development which was managed with care. We have bidirectional syncing. Hopefully they'll be able to handle our more complex requests in the near future.
PROSI like the ease of use. Once it was setup, it needs little to no attending to.
CONSI hope it will evolve to become even more customizable than it already is.

It is a great company with a great product.
PROSIt works in the background and it just does it without any input from me.
CONSI think their support is expensive and should be free while paying them for their services. Its a total rip off when something happens and they tell you a reconnect fee is $1100.

Commercient really came through for us.
Having Commercient handle the sync of our data between our CRM software Zendesk Sell and Sage ERM has helped us to be more efficient in tracking and managing our customers and leads.
PROSWe enjoy not having the need to enter duplicate data in two software platforms
CONSIt did take some time to work out precisely what kind of syncing frequency we needed but reps accepted our feedback and came up with solutions to resolved these problems quickly.

Did the job we needed it to do
[sensitive content hidden] on the Phase 1 Application team made all of the difference for our integration success. He was very helpful and made sure all of my questions and requests were answered and met.
PROSI came into this not knowing much about integrating an ERP to CRM. The process was pretty difficult to understand in the beginning, but once I was paired with the Phase 1 Application team ([sensitive content hidden] ) he explained everything in a clear, helpful way. The software syncs all of our Sage 100 information over to HubSpot which is extremely helpful for our marketing, sales, and reporting purposes.
CONSThe integration process was not easy, rather long and tedious. But we were able to get it all done.
