Pros/Cons
Pros
- They have been great, and I had a great experience with their tools. Very intuitive and flexible.
- I love the way that Domo pulls data into visually appealing formats. It makes reviewing, understanding, and sharing information way easier and applicable to more audiences, which is a major win.
- Domo is an excellent tool for creating high quality dashboards. The documentation is excellent.
Cons
- It was a horrible experience from the start with a group of young men that had no business consulting.
- The support case has been open for nearly a month and has just been escalated to someone that appears to know how to read the code I have been sending them to trouble shoot THEIR integration.
- My overall experience has been frustrating. Customer service always replies initially, but never again after that.
Pros
- I like the simplicity of adding plugins and features extending the api capabilities, it greatly increases the flexibility of this amazing software.
- Quicky, easy to get concept into operation. No code, but comprehensive in ability to produce solutions.
- Great features that can be used to automated routine tasks as well and run complex workflows. The support team are very quick to respond to queries and provide useful information.
Cons
- Most of the features has no hints to give you which makes difficult to develop.
- The interaction becomes sluggish when doing a testing of the script steps.
- A designer view is required to implement this feature. Unfortunately, Linx fails here also.
