Pros/Cons
Pros
- They have been great, and I had a great experience with their tools. Very intuitive and flexible.
- I love the way that Domo pulls data into visually appealing formats. It makes reviewing, understanding, and sharing information way easier and applicable to more audiences, which is a major win.
- Domo is an excellent tool for creating high quality dashboards. The documentation is excellent.
Cons
- It was a horrible experience from the start with a group of young men that had no business consulting.
- The support case has been open for nearly a month and has just been escalated to someone that appears to know how to read the code I have been sending them to trouble shoot THEIR integration.
- My overall experience has been frustrating. Customer service always replies initially, but never again after that.
Pros
- A user and administrator/engineer, and Matomo is by far the best one, in terms of features, ease of use, integration, and tracking, absolutely amazing work by Matomo team, bravo.
- Matomo behaved as a quality alternative for content search on our intranet and has met our expectations with an excellent cost-benefit ratio and ease of use.
- Thanks to Matomo, we know how to improve the traffic on our websites. It helps us refine your communication with potential customers.
Cons
- Recurring error while trying to update or customize the tool.
- What we are still missing is the simple linking option with Google Ads and other PPC ad providers.
- After using Matomo for over 3 years, there simply is nothing to dislike about it. Any dislike that arises would be purely because of bad hosting or bad configuration.
