Pros/Cons
Pros
- They have been great, and I had a great experience with their tools. Very intuitive and flexible.
- I love the way that Domo pulls data into visually appealing formats. It makes reviewing, understanding, and sharing information way easier and applicable to more audiences, which is a major win.
- Domo is an excellent tool for creating high quality dashboards. The documentation is excellent.
Cons
- It was a horrible experience from the start with a group of young men that had no business consulting.
- The support case has been open for nearly a month and has just been escalated to someone that appears to know how to read the code I have been sending them to trouble shoot THEIR integration.
- My overall experience has been frustrating. Customer service always replies initially, but never again after that.
Pros
- The team at ModuleQ listened and learned what we were trying to solve for, partnered with us on a solution and process that worked for all, and it led to a highly successful deployment.
- Support from customer success managers has been great in particular.
- Using ModuleQ allows me to be better prepared for any customer or prospect conversation.
Cons
- Moreover, even when the right accounts are being picked, the information is being searched in English and missing most of the Israeli media / Hebrew news relevant to the companies I'm meeting.
- No implementation with Sales Force with all the domains in my company.
- So, what may appear as "not working well", turns back into the "pros" section.
