Dynamics is a full featured tool
We have enjoyed working on the Dynamics CRM and it has greatly assisted us in customer and lead management across departments and the companyu.
PROSDynamics has assisted us in establishing streamline sales process and opportunity tracking that is done consistently across all sales reps and the department. Dynamics also allows easy gathering of the touch points done with each client and how they were executed.
CONSSetting up custom features, security , and limited access is all available but does require some in-depth knowledge and fine turning to get it just right.
Reasons for switching to Dynamics 365
Much more limited functionality in Goldmine as well as Dynamics integration across the MS line of products (Outlook, Sharepoint etc..)

Gets the job done but a little rigid CRM
We used Microsoft tools in our entire organization. The best part of getting Dynamics 365 was the easiness of integration. All softwares and online tools work very well altogether. We never had any compatibility issues or we never spent much time to integrate other systems to MS Dynamics 365. Moreover, majority of the other tools we used already had the integration option to it. As a salesperson, I used CRM every single day. I like the contact management. Since I use Office, it was so easy to use email and Skype together on the CRM, and I was able to keep a track of every single action. I was OK to use it but if they could improve the UI, it can be a great tool. They may offer some packages for smaller teams as well.
PROSEasy integration with the other tools - even they are not from Microsoft CRM gets the job done Easy contract management with DocuSign and MS Drive CRM structure for the leads and potentials Customization options Reports are enough for a regular sales team but it is possible to get custom and advanced reporting Access management is better than many other CRMs
CONSThe user interface can be improved The whole system for CRM is too rigid and not that user friendly like a few other competitors It is a good solution for large companies but if you have a team less than 50 people, maybe there could be more budget options - of course with less features
Reasons for switching to Dynamics 365

Dynamics 365 CRM
Dynamics CRM has been a great investment bringing our sales reps into the digital age when creating sales reports. Management can easily review any sales leads or complications from the web or mobile app.
PROSEasily can access details on the go for your daily runs. Can look into any prior history on a customer you're going to visit from the mobile app.
CONSThe connection seems to drop off from our main database causing some incorrect data that hasn't been updated.
Reason for choosing Dynamics 365
The integration, ease of use, and price point

Dynamics 365 @ Taiga
Overall, my experience with Dynamic 365 is satisfactory as I use it to generate reports, look for information, or analyze data. This software may be difficult for new users if they have to use it on a daily basis for recording transactions, exporting GLs, trial balance, etc.
PROSThe thing I liked most about Dynamics 365 is you can create preset reports so you can just use it whenever it is required. We have preset reports for audit to provide sales and purchase samples to the auditor semi annually, all we have to do is change the date in the parameter.
CONSThe least like about Dynamics is how to export reports for a GL account. I think there is a few steps to get to a page to export the data. I also dislike how the data exports for trial balance detail/summary and general ledger details. It will take a significantly long time to export data for a full year. If it does export, the PDF will be too big and take some time to open and It also lags when you scroll through the PDF. There is also quite a few settings you have to set before you can export the data, which is not intuitive.
