One cool standout feature - Consolidates feedback from multiple sources, summarizes it and delivers it directly to Slack for easy access. I also find the Data Dashboards incredibly helpful for segregating topics as they save complex filters so anyone can return to specific views whenever needed. #### Cons With the new interface, I believe we do need proper guidance to navigate through the Tool.
