Enterpret AI agents helped us spot opportunities from all our customer interactions (like the needles in a haystack). It helped various teams (like Product, CX, Ops, etc) self-serve insights from user feedback and make informed decisions without waiting on analysts. One cool standout feature - Consolidates feedback from multiple sources, summarizes it and delivers it directly to Slack for easy access. Overall - Makes it easy to flag bugs, pain points, customer wishes, and spot patterns quickly to close the loop faster.

Cons:

We had to go through a learning curve for new users until dashboards and filters became second nature

Customer reviews are easy to find, and the "Wisdom" feature provides user quotes for our research and story building. While not real-time, the data analysis is quite deep and provides a good amount of information. I also find the Data Dashboards incredibly helpful for segregating topics as they save complex filters so anyone can return to specific views whenever needed.

Cons:

With the new interface, I believe we do need proper guidance to navigate through the Tool. Having tutorial videos will definitely be useful.

My Positive Experience with Enterpret

My overall experience has been great as I have been using Enterpret to identify the high ticket volume drivers, top support tickets escalation reasons, so I can focus on those areas in our process and understand the voice of the customer from the feedback on the tickets related to our product, so we can work on the enhancements. Overall, the AI does a great job of helping us address critical areas, which would take more time if we manually went through the data.

Enterpret is very easy to use and provides very insightful feedback. Once you get familiar with the nuances of the platform ,you are able to get a ton of value from it.

Cons:

As with all AI tools, there are challenges in ensuring the queries and Boolean are pointed in the right direction to answer the questions/queries. Overall, an easier Boolean builder would be a nice addition to the experience.
