Great customer service, easy to use and to change.

Not being able to use outlook through Firefish , it difficult to keep up on the communication when you can't keep a long thread of emails.

They supported us and did everything they could to accommodate our requirements, we didn't just feel like a number to them.

The other thing here is the money invested that is definitely worth it.

Currently, it doesn't connect with LinkedIn Recruiter which makes candidate management slightly more difficult.

The interface is very easy to use and I'm pleased to say very logical. It allows a seamless flow between access to the files and doesn't have that clunky feel that so may CRM have.

I like the layout, it is easy to navigate around. Amazing customer service, things get sorted straight away.

Even with tweaking, emails from the system look different from our outlook mails. Some of the templates are quite poor and take quite a bit of tweaking.

Easy to set up and use, excellent value for money, and the online suggestions are brilliant and actually result in things being done.

Its very easy to use, its customisation and the support we have had so far means it is the perfect solution  for our company.

Reviewing candidate CVs used to be a bit of a pain but an update rectified this where you can now simply hover over the candidate and get a CV preview.

The only downside is not being able to customise some terminology for internal use but this is not a major issue.
