Pros:

The i95dev team knows Microsoft GP and Magento very well. They were willing to ensure our business needs were met even if that meant modify the connector OOTB functionality. They communicated well and completed our project within our timeline.

Cons:

My only complaint is to have better dashboarding that is available through a web login vs. through remote desktop/server.

Reasons for switching to i95Dev Connect Suite

We had lots of issues with nChannel connectors and they did not do a great job with the initial implementation. Said they knew MSFT GP but didn't really.

Great toll for what we needed

Great experience. The staff is attentive and having tried to launch an online store with other Connect Suites, i95 came in with the best solution.

Pros:

Our business is complex and the i95 software bridged the gap between out online store and our ERP system perfectly. We loved the flexibility of the software.

Cons:

With a complex business model it is tough to get everything that we need. This is inherent is all of these software packages.
